LP Residency is a gem of a hotel situated at a very convenient location. The front desk was courteous and efficient as both, check in and check out were smooth.
We were in room no 303 which had a lovely view of the leafy green courtyard. Room was tastefully done with very thoughtful touches.
Food was the highlight, their Indian restaurant ‘Zaffran’ and Italian trattoria ‘Coco’ serve lip smacking delectable fare. The fact that locals outnumbered hotel guests at ‘Coco’ every evening is a testament to its good quality and taste.
Housekeeping is top class and the beds offered very comfortable sleep quality.
Overall the hospitality of LP Residency is top grade and we would heartily recommend it to others.

It was an amazing find, thanks to trip advisor. While struggling to search for a nice hotel for a night in Dehradun, we discovered this hotel. What it promised was a nice spacious room, near city centre, however away from all the hustle and bustle. Good food and prompt service.
And I was pleasantly surprised that it delivered all of the above and more.
We stayed at a presidential suite for a night. It was massive space which included a huge living cum dining space and a bedroom with a king bed and sofa cum bed. So for a family of four including three adults and a child it was quite spacious. The room was located on the backside facing a nice manicured lawn which has a herb garden and fruit orchard on the side. Also this section is reserved for guests traveling with pets (a big plus for us, since we are going to be pet parents soon)

LP Residency exceeded our expectations in all ways , Rooms very very clean and comfortable with all amenities and Mr.Subham was cooperative and courteous enough right from the booking of rooms .The service and staff was a topnotch of this hotel and they provide us a excellent customer service and they took all calls with utmost care and immediate effect. Food was tasty and on request they provide some special menu also , they adopt European style of room cleaning every day they change bed linens ,make up the bed , change towels and most important they never forget to replace our complimentary water bottles and cofee tea refreshments which we found as a best quality of them . Overall a very nice ,cozy stay at LP Residency and they set a excellent example of hospitality.

Housekeeping and Room service is well maintained by Kumod (housekeeping department). Food is hygienic and so yummy 😋. I love hotel 's greenery. N the location is awesome. Interior is awesome and the paintings exhibit by them is fabulous.

I stayed at LP Residency in the month of February 2022 with my family and absolutely loved everything about it. The check-in was smooth and the lady who checked us in was very sweet and welcoming. She escorted us to the room and explained about the food outlets and the public services of the hotel including things we could do during our stay.
The rooms are nice and comfortable, we were told that the property was renovated some time back. They gave us free mini bar amenities - which was such a pleasant surprise as no where we are given these free and hotels usually charge high rates for the snacks kept in the mini bar.
The hotel has few restaurants which were highly recommended to us by our local friends in Dehradun and we were not disappointed. Food is amazing (both Indian and Italian) so I will definitely recommend it. My son especially loved the Sushi and had it thrice during our stay!
Another thing I want to mention is that when we came back to the hotel in the evening, we found some chocolates in our room with a sweet note. The hotel staff told us that they add it when they ready our room for the night. Found this to be sweet gesture as we only have seen this in bigger 5 star properties.
I got to know that one section of the hotel is pet friendly. This makes me so happy because we can plan to travel with our dog here next time. The lady also told us that they are soon starting complimentary yoga sessions and they have cycles for guests which is a good thing as the location is very nice. Next time we can cycle to FRI which is nearby.
In all- we loved the place. It's very thoughtfully done up, be it the old vintage picture giving snippets about the history of Uttarakhand displayed on the stairs or the traditional art work out up throughout the hotel or their vegetable garden. The staff was pleasant to talk to and were helpful and my kids loved the food and the garden areas.
I definitely recommend this hotel as I found it to be 100% value for money. We have not found this quality of service and staff at this price. Thanks to the team for making our stay lovely and we hope to come back soon.

Stayed at LP residency for 2 days and I must say, was completely pleased as a punch! The Lalit Palace residency, a wonderful hotel in itself is accompanied with a sublime café right by its entrance which serves food delightful and truly of the best quality. Mr.Abhishek, right by the reception, breaking into a small talk, very humbly let us grasp the fact for ourselves that he was the owner of the property concerned and through sheer generosity upgraded our rooms to the Suite style one. (Mind you, this glowing review isn’t swayed by his kind gesture- okay, a little bit). The room -303, was spacious with gorgeous interiors and very well lit. We were amazed by the attention to detail that was paid in decorating the room, which was accompanied with its own kitchen consisting of a fridge, microwave, water purifier et all. The staff was extremely cooperative and available all throughout ( we had checked in on the day of Holi and they were not understaffed at all) the stay with the reception calls being promptly answered by Miss Avantika and Sakshi. Mr. Arpit, who was overseeing the operations was in a class of his own. Moving onto the buffet breakfast, they offered a simple yet filling menu with different dishes everyday. The food was freshly cooked with self service as well as table service available. One also had the option of taking the breakfast to the garden situated right behind. To avoid the usual hustle bustle with fellow guests, do be an early bird or it might get a little cramped inside (7:30 to 10:00AM). Although the hotel didn’t have a lot of parking space, an adjacent vacant plot served as a makeshift parking lot and bringing your own car would not seem an issue at all. Would recommend a stay here and if not, do try the café right outside- it is exceptional.
