At the very first moment i entered the hotel, i was warmly welcomed by the reception and other staff members. No doubt THE SOLITAIRE EXPRESS is situated at the very centre of the city and is one of the most clean and hygienic hotels i have ever stayed. You can totally rely on the staff members and just can sit back and relax. You will get a time to time call by the restaurant for any requirement. As this price point according to me is one of the hotel i would suggest.

Amazing staff and facilities., what would a person wants if the staff gives you 100% attention and gratitude. Specially Mr Deepak Chandra (property manager) he was excellent at his work and of course the hotel and his entire staff are awesome, these staff are very friendly, the rooms are always clean and comfortable. At the pandemic time of covid 19 they are giving their best service along with safety and hygiene. It felt like I am at home only . Excellent service and taken good care of their customers. I was there for a day. Booked room directly from Solitaire's Website.
It was mentioned on the website that 20% will be off on the bill of restaurant., but while checking out they denied the same giving excuses that Its on main course meal and not on others etc.
Rooms are spacious and toilets are clean.
The menu kept in room does not contain all the available items of restaurant and most of the mentioned items were not available. I orderd sandwich, that too was made up with bitter cucumber .
Rest all was good.

During my recent stay at solitaire dehradyn , I found the overall experience to be moderate. The staff exhibited a friendly and attentive demeanor, always ready to assist with any queries. Check-in was smooth, and they accommodated my requests promptly.
The room, while functional, could benefit from a bit of updating. The furnishings seemed a bit worn, and a fresh coat of paint would have been appreciated. Despite this, the bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean. Housekeeping did a satisfactory job, although attention to detail could be improved.
The hotel's amenities were decent. Thell restaurent l were well-maintained, providing a nice way to unwind. However, the Wi-Fi signal was occasionally weak in my room, causing some frustration.
The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. The surrounding area felt safe, making it a practical choice for travelers exploring the city.
While not an extraordinary experience, solitaire delivered a reasonably comfortable stay for the price. With a few updates and a bit more attention to detail, it has the potential to elevate its status among competing accommodations.

Stayed there for a single night. Hotel is situated just 30-40mtr away from the Rajpur Road and have parking space. I had contacted hotel reception directly and Mr. Rahul has given me a good deal. They needs to work on cleanliness rest everything was good, staff was very supportive and everyone will welcome you with a smile. They have limited but delicious breakfast options which will depend upon the strength of the guests. So overall it was a nice stay and yes it's very near to most of the restaurants and pacific mall.

The hotel is centrally located and almost next door to the famed Dehradun Ellora bakery.Rooms are fairly large with an adequate shower area. The amenities are all there... The breakfast spread is not lavish but varied and tasteful The best part is the service with the staff very attentive and ready to please ....Great for a family stay or business trip....

Hotel express, centrally located, greets guests with a smooth check-in process and a warm welcome with Burans juice, making feel right at home. The spacious and impeccably clean rooms offer a comfortable retreat. The GM Mr. Firoz and his team is exceptionally excellent.

1. Location - Located on the main road and in a prime location. 2. Service - Great service provided by staff. 3. Breakfast - Good options to choose from.
However, we were given two such rooms which didn't have any windows. It was suffocating staying there to say the least. Also, please call them and ask them for hot water before going to take a bath. It seems they need to switch on hot water(Didn't find any option to switch on geyser in the room. It happened twice. Strange!) When we requested for the room change, it was denied saying all the rooms were booked. Would have liked a better room for the price paid.

I felt like a very warm gesture is there and the staff and the services along with room other services meets the expectation. Lovely breakfast menu which suffice the morning need. Food was very tasty. Staff is friendly and courteous.
