The hotel is average...rooms are not cleaned properly before providing accommodation,toilets are clean but no amenities like toilet paper, cupboard broken,no hangars. Most importantly don't book during monsoon because there is knee deep water in front of the hotel....cabs/autos can't reach the front gate.

it is a budget hotel with parking facility. Food is OK. Rooms are smaller but manageable. Moreover if you see the price then it is good value for money.I stayed for 3 days with my family. People were courteous and room service was good.

We stayed in the hotel as we had a wedding to attend in dehradun nearby. Location is good n the only redeeming grace here is courteous staff.. Otherwise.. Not a tidy place, food below average, rooms are small n no forest view as the name suggests..

I landed on to this hotel by sheer chance, as I was looking for a budget hotel for my day long business trip to Dehradun. Online search brought me here. And, to say in the nutshell, I was not fairly disappointed. It is a new property, was barely a month old, when I landed here. That's the reason, you won't find any reviews of this hotel so far. Even in Dehradun, not many people know about this property. Being new, rooms looked clean, tidy and so was about the interiors, furnishings. Hotel is not too big, might be having around twenty rooms. Dehradun is a city of chaos on roads, too much traffic and snarls. This hotel is bit away from all this on the Chakrata road, opposite to Forest Research Institute (FRI). The surrounding areas of Raj Vihar and Vasant Vihar are somewhat calm, posh localities. Hotel is just 50 mts off the main road, adjacent to petrol pump. Not a commanding location, but not bad even. An upcoming property, still in process of developing and upgrading. Not far from the city as well, just a few minutes from Ballupur chowk. This property can be interesting for those who are visiting FRI or Indian Military Academy. IMA, Dehradun is just a km from here. Parents of cadets or students can opt to stay here while visiting their wards. Service is not so excellent, but the staff itself seems in process of learning. Hotel has a restaurant facility, food is eatable. Not too many restaurants around. Those who enter the city by driving in from Chakrata, Vikas Nagar side can find it handy option. Also good for short business trips, when all one needs is a nice place to sleep. Its worth its cost.
