The Hotel amongst the chain of hotel in the Cant area. Having stayed at Ramaya, Madin , Rivatas and Radisson I can safely say that this is BY FAR THE WORST. Where to start... Took an advertised DELUXE room with a bath tub... no where to be seen ... Inquired with reception and was told thats ON AVAILABILITY.... I guess its more like reserved for foreigners and having paid 8000 per night felt cheated. The food was UNPALATABLE and plain BAD... Bud for a DAL and rice everything reeked of readymade masala drab and uninspiring. Breakfast was minimiistic and terribly curated. Terrible elevator bad room decor No english Channels on TV .... the list goes on. Forget 4 star its NOT EVEN a 1 star... Would have reated it 0 had it been available.…

Situated in the quieter area, good hotel, friendly staff at good breakfast. Rooms and bathrooms very neat and spacious. Puri and bhaji , powa,upma and donuts, were delicious. Walking distance to mall. Need auto/taxi to go to ghats

Loved our stay here. The staff is very courteous and always smiling and helpful. We would recommend this place to everyone. They went out of the way to help the old people in our group. The food was also too good.

I stayed at the Amaaya as part of a recent work trip, accompanied by a senior citizen and baby. Amaaya was convenient clean and well located. The best part of it was the staff at Bhojanik. They were extremely helpful and accommodating about the needs of a small child. The food was delicious especially the local food breakfast items. I dont want to take specific names because everyone at Bhojanik was excellent, but a special mention to Suraj and rhe restauranr managers Vikas and mr shashi and sonu. I wish them all the best. Food, amazing. Staff sooooo attentive. The housekeepers left sweet art made out of towels for us. Bags taken to our rooms. The doorkeepers were so gracious. We felt like we were the only guests there and got the VIP experience. Whole experience was 5 ⭐️ Thank you for hosting us in Varanasi and making it so special.

Staff were extremely attentive. Service impeccable. They could not do enough for us. Food is absolutely fantastic. Room attendants on hand hand at all times and ready with anything we needed. Viksh Gupta & Avanash Pandey were absolutely fantastic.
