This is an average hotel with average rooms,nothing special about them.What probably makes them stand out is their loyalty towards their customers,more than eager to help customers out,very courteous....Special mention to Pankaj,who made this booking for us on a days notice and ever smiling.Had a bad experience with The India Banaras Hotel,as they have the most mismanaged staff,with an attitude and arrogance of a lion,so this was a pleasant stay for us in the same city.

We were put up in this hotel as part of our pilgrimage tour package to India. We stayed two nights there and our stay was appalling. The rooms were not great and dirty. The service was not up to the mark and food was nothing great too. Though the web site looks appealing the real experience is not so great. So avoid this place if you want a reasonable stay in Varanasi. There is absolutely no value for money.

I found this hotel quite decent , dosent have frills but it has what is required by a business traveler . The rooms are neat and the staff is decent . Breakfast is ordinary but doable when you are not with family

I had booked the Hotel through Goibibo. They promised me an Hotel with clean Room and Bathroom. We checked in on 25th Nov and we a couple with 15 year old daughter. They provided us 2 single beds. When we protested they joined the beds together but we had a bad sleep hence asked them to change the room which they did the next day. Now our Woes began. Below is the list of issues. 1. Main Door could not be locked from Inside. 2. Bathroom Door was hard to lock or open. 3. It was the dirtiest bathroom ever seen. The water was continuously leaking from the faucet thereby making the bathroom dirty and wet and this made the bathroom stink. 4. Shower was not working properly. 5. Hot water was not available late in the night. 6. No place to keep the Soap / Shampoo while taking a bath. 7. Corners of bathroom not clean. 8. When opening up the Wash basin, the water used to spread open in the sides and thus making it wet around. 9. Bathroom side mirror broken 10. The fan in the room used to neither run on Speed 1 or 5. Nothing in between. 11. The phone in the room was non functional. 12. Room Service was pathetic. 13. The bedsheet had stains on it. 14. In the name of Breakfast, they served Puri Bhaji, Bread, Boiled Egg and Gulab Jamun. No coffee, only Tea was served. We skipped three days breakfast because of poor spread. 15. Toilet seat broken
I was stuck with the Hotel since I had paid full amount at one go. The management of the Hotel said, we will work on some adjustments but on the day of check out, the manager chickened out and did not pick up our calls.
Then I complained to Goibibo about the same. They said they are looking into the matter but after few days closed my complaint without even speaking to me or giving me an resolution.
Everyone here is just to make Money and no one is bothered about customer service.

Stay away from this place. Horrible experience.. Noting is right about those place...( We had booked 2 rooms)
1) Rooms stink and are smelly 2) showers and taps don't function 3) Air conditioner- room heater does not function. Neither does the intercom 4) we packed food for our return flight and found a metal pin in our food 5) the manager had agreed for a tariff with me and at the time of checkout he disagreed
There are better hotels nearby for the same price . Please avoid staying here... Worst experience

I had no expectations while booking the hotel but this was rock bottom. There's no dedicated parking, you've to park on the road. The rooms are dismal, the wallpaper is coming off, there's mould, there's cob web, there's dust. The list can go on and on. I had booked for an overnight stay and it's not worth the money and time. The management needs to look into the rooms.

This hotel charged Rs. 5,500 per day, AC of the room was not working, staff at reception are ill behaved, there is no parking and you have to park your vehicle on road, cleanliness of common area not good. Overall high priced, there is no value for money

Me and my wife, both above 55 years of age, checked into Hotel Westinn, Mall Road, Varanasi on 16-06-2017 for two days stay through a very politely speaking guy at the reception, Sh, Vishal Bharadwaj. We were provided a room on the first floor promising of a comfortable stay. Our stay , however, turned into a nightmare, as by night they started asking us that we shall have to vacate the hotel on the next day despite us having paid full rent of two days in advance on the fake plea that the hotel shall be flooded soon with rain water . Next day, they by themselves shifted us to an inferior hotel way back inside an alley by calling us back through phone while we were visiting Kashi Vishwanath Temple in the city. We however took back our advance payment and shifted to another more comfortable hotel on the main road on identical price. Later we came to know that they had booked the whole hotel for some function. This hotel should be avoided by all as they fleece the tourists and are a bunch of cheats.

I visited this hotel on 14th September 2016 with a tour group. We were about to check out and we booked 4 rooms to store for luggage and last minute packing. They agreed to hold the room till 4pm. We came bk to the lobby at 3pm and found all our items, luggages , personal items thrown at the lobby. Unpacked items were all stuffed into one plastic. The staff especially this woman (in the pic) was extremely rude and wasnt sorry. Nvr in my life, i encountered such bad service and disrespectful hotel staff. They hid the liquor bottles claiming it's a valuable but dumped everything in the lobby. Imagine entering the hotel tk find our stuffs scattered, they mixed our power banks, toiletries and clothes. No staff apologized and they even spoke rudely!

Nicely kept and maintained hotel located centrally at Varanasi. Mannered and professional staff. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast was quite delicious and contending. Advisable for stay at Varanasi.
