Large rooms, clean all throughout, prompt and efficient service. Friendly staff.
Food and beverage is very expensive though - being the only eating joint within a few kilometres - I believe this is a bit of a monopolistic situation.

At our 2 night stay here, we felt like we were staying in the hotel from the Shining by Stephen King haha.
it's quite creepy, I don't know if its a combination of the lighting, the aged design and the porters and staff that linger and stare, but we felt rather uncomfortable during our stay here.
i had to fight the porters off from carrying my bag, they kept trying to pull it out of my hands, this is another place where staff are desperate to try and squeeze as many tips as they can from you. It's very annoying and uncomfortable as they always hang around.
the service in the restaurant downstairs was quite poor, often taking ages to bring even simple meals or breakfast options and the food itself was average.
the elevator was broken which was annoying as we were on the 4th floor.
the rooms are very big but the ceiling fan was not working and the airconditioner was quite far away from our beds so it was a bit more difficult to cool the room down.
Beds were comfy and room service was good. Wifi was okay, though I'd always suggest to stay on a lower floor.
bath and shower in the bathroom, shower was good and reliable at least!
big mirror and dressing table in the room along with a seating area next to the air conditioner. also a large warddrobe available.

This place is in the middle of nowhere, it isn't even IN Varanasi, the rooms were filthy and had literally 100's of moth balls to try to disguise the odor that was akin to a male urinal toilet on an Indian train. My room had NO hot water and NO heat. It was freezing being that the windows won't shut either. The flooring has no rugs or cover so it was unbelievably cold in the room. The sheets and bedding were filthy. The "white" towels were brown so even if there WAS hot water, who would want to shower like that? Mind you, I am a seasoned traveler, this was not my first trip to India and I didn't expect the Ritz Carlton but this was worse than a flea bag hostel. Do yourself a favor and find a place with a better rating that you can trust.

Positive: The hotel room was ok in trems of cleaning. On request I was permitted to stay beyond the checkout time of 1200 hrs without extra charge.
Negative: The hotel claim 24 hours rooms service. A bed tee ordered at 0500 hrs was served @0630 hrs.The hotel claims internet connectivity, but on enquiry I was told that the wifi connectivity is available only in thhe logy and not in rooms (I did not check if it is avaiable @loby). They also said that the complimentry breakfast is not avaialable for those who are staying on some discounted price: which was not told when it was booked and infact the room was booked for three and the three breakfsts eat away any discount given to me! I feel that was unfair. The vehicle was parked outside the hotel on the road where as it was mentioned that parking is available.

Stay there for one night only before continue to our journey. Rooms are half way through renovation and some are new and some are old, example bath room is new and very clean but a/c is old window type and very noisy despite they have central a/c unit which wasn't complete wiring. Amazing.. Breakfast is not include paid 250 Rps per person

Excellent service and ambiance is superb over there. This hotel is real example of great hospitality. I would like to come again and again here. Would recommend to every one come here and get the excellent experience of stay n delicious folding.

I went to Varnasi and stayed 4days in this hotel..it was really good and affordable stay..rooms are well furnished and very neat and clean..it also well maintained and very spacious ..service is fantastic.. the restaurant serves very delicious and variety of food which I liked the..this hotel is worthy

The rooms are spacious and clean. Outside the city. Railway Station is far off. Kashi Vishwanath Temple is also far off.
Linen provided clean. Limited Toiletries are provided. Wifi available. Parking space is available. Did not try food.

The hotel was located a bit far from the city, so it was a little costlier. Our room was spacious and I especially liked the clean bathroom. The mirror was spotless which showed the efficiency of the staff. Also, clean bed sheets and pillow covers are something that you wont get in every hotel in varanasi. So cheers to that.
