Very good hotel to stay at varanasi meer ghat ganga river , actually it's a home , very near to the kashivishwanath temple gate no. 2 and dasaswmedh ghat.The staff were very helpful, organising our tour planning and allowing us to stay in the room after check out ,food quality was also good...

Stayed at the sun rise lodge for 2 nights. It's a budget friendly place with an excellent view of the river Ganga.Clean rooms with 24 hrs hot water in the bathroom.Kashi vishwanath temple is 5 mins by walk.Excellent location , can have a nice walk through the ghats to most of the places.Very homely place, polite staff and nice homely food.The host Vikasji was very helpful right from the time of booking and took good care of us.He arranged everything and guided us throughout the trip like an elder brother.Thank you vikasji for making us feel at home.Will definitely visit again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sunris Lodge. The room was simple but clean. The Lodge is located at one of the ghats, very close to Dashashwamedh and Manikarnika ghats. I have arrived late at night, the host helped me to find a tuk-tuk and met me later on a bike to drive me to the lodge. It might be problematic to get there if you have a lot of luggage, the historic city of Varanasi has small streets where only bikes can go. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to varanasi.

Wow! The best place I could find! Straight in front of Ganga Ma river. A dream ✨ The host, Manu, is very kind and pleasant :-) They serve veg food from the restaurant below as well, which is not bad at all.

It was not our first visit. Again we weer extremely happy to be there. The owner is like our family. The hotel is VERY agréable and authentic and comfortable. The view of the Ganga is unforgettable. The restaurant deserves several stars. We will come back....Thank you Vikas

I stayed 10 days at Sunrise Lodge. The location on the rives of Ganga, the staff, food, accommodations of Lodge, environnement, shops around, everything Was perfecto !!!!!!! Very plaisant place, With full hot shower Night And Day, the Chef is brillant, the Owner Always gaved good advices, the prices Very correct..... You Feel Like Home !!! No doubt Sunrise Lodge is the place To stay in varanassi..!!!

Best Stay to begin Trip. When you enter a city away from your Home you need Trusty Worthy people to help you stay Safe. Vikas ji Ensures thats done. Many have spoken abt the location so wont say on that. Its a Old Building converted to a good stay. Something I was looking for that too in a pocket friendly manner. If you love old charm and artsy vibe, here is your place. I couldnt have asked for more to begin my trip.

Sunriise lodge on Meer ghat is really a home away from home. It is a nice hotel for budget stay for those who are satisfied with basic amenities. Rooms and toilet are clean but a bit small but site of the hotel is great, just next to ganga ghat. You get a great view of ganga from the hotel. Staff is also very good. One has to walk for 8-10 min from main chauraha. But once you reach hotel everything is worth for the site. One can just sit in the balcony or on the terrace enjoying ganga view. Kashi Vishwanath Mandir is just 5 min away from the hotel. The owner Mr. Mannuji is very helpful, you feel like you are with your family friend. He guided us for many things. I specially thank Mannuji as because of him I could do Kashi Panchakroshi yatra by Auto very authentically. Will definitely visit this place again. हर हर महादेव शम्भो काशी विश्वनाथ गंगे…

The Lodge is situated in from of river Ganga, Meer Ghat. You will feel a homely environment when you start living in the lodge. I would like to mention, the Owner Vikash Ji, what a gentleman. The culture he and his family belongs to, you can see a reflection in their behavior. Always smiling, always try to help you whatever be your situation. I came from Kolkata. I do not know about this place earlier, so I had a confusion in my mind. But once I reached to the lodge and talk to Vikash Ji, all my doubts have gone. I feel comfortable staying in the lodge. I have decided, my first experience staying in this lodge was so wonderful, I have decided, every time I visit Varanasi, I will stay here only. Stuffs are also good, obedient and polite, specially, Manoj. Thank you Vikas Ji for allowing us to stay in your lodge and we are fortunate enough to have your hospitality.…
