We had a lovely stay at this Varanasi hotel. The buffet dining experience was particularly good and reasonably priced. Aadil Khan and the team served us with professional expertise, politeness and a great sense of humour, making us feel very much at home. The pool was very good and the pool attendant, Vivak, was incredibly friendly and helpful.

We thought the hotel was really lovely, we had nice, friendly staff tge were helpful. The restaurant served a variety of breakfast food's. There were two negatives, I was unable to get a glass of wine, which was disappointing, as they had run out. So we left the property and went to the next hotel where we had a glass of wine with my meal. The other negative was that they'd turned off the air-conditioning for many hours in the middle of the night. The room becomes very warm. The air-conditioning control panel is locked out, so you can not turn it back on.

The Hotel Rivatas by Ideal in Varanasi is outstanding. Rooms are large and clean. Restaurant is excellent. Buffet style breakfast, with mad to order eggs/omelettes. Dinner is also very good. Service is outstanding.

We were in group of 12 ( 6 couples ) in six rooms. It was wonderful experience. We had pleasant stay . It is located in good area ( mostly hotels area, all good hotels around it. ) very good clean rooms. Staff & service was very good. Restaurant offers very good food. We can recommend it.

We stayed here for two nights and we had a wonderful time. In the dining room we were severed by Aadil Khan who was very friendly and very helpful .we can't fault his personal service for us . The hotel was very clean. The cleaning staff was very friendly and very helpful.The reception staff was very helpful too.The food was very good too.

1. Location is great if one is willing to stay in the cantonment area, away from the ghat crowd, it took us 30-45min to reach Kashi Vishwanath Temple or Dashashwamedh Ghat. 2. The Executive Suites were spacious, have seperate bedroom, changing, and sitting areas, the bathroom is also spacious (and with a hair-dryer too). Another advantage of having separate sections is also there are 2 TVs, so no complains if multiple people want to watch different channels! 3. Housekeeping people did a good job of maintaining the property quite well. 4. The restaurant served quality food, breakfast buffet items were quite ample. A la carte items also tasted good, and it is better if you preorder the dishes 15-30 min before so the waiting time in the restaurant reduces a lot in case you have…

Nice property and courteous staff. Nice Ambience and beautiful property. Chitransh and Ranjan ji at the Restaurant helped out food experience to be good. They went out of the way to help us! Great service. Nice staff. Must stay at this property to make your Varanasi visit worthwhile

The rooms are big. The bathrooms are big as well. Very limited break fast options. The tariff is way high for the hotel if compared to Five star hotels in cities like Delhi and Chennai. The key is getting a room at around 3.5 k to 4.5k. I paid around 8k INR, at that price it's totally overpriced.

The hotel is good. Staffs are courteous and the food was good. We stayed for 3 nights and had a pleasant stay. Would recommend it for families. The only thing is the location. It is in the cantonment area.

Visited Varanasi, Temple corridor is beautifully transformed . Now It's very easy to visit and take darshan of lord Kasi Vishwanath. hotel stay is pleasant. Kuldeep , pradeep ,Ravi and Abhishek provided best services.
