My number was used to harass me. Immediately after entering my personal contact details in hotel register, I had started getting missed calls and video calls. I blocked the number and complained at reception, it was ignored. Second time I asked managers number, very rudely I have been told that we keep it numbers confidential and if you want you can approach Police. Also the rooms were not in great conditions, curtains keep on falling, latch were broken. Never recommended anyone.

It was a pleasant stay overall. The staff was very cooperative and polite. But the airconditioner's filter was not cleaned for months perhaps.The geyser too was making some sort of scary noise. The linen were clean.

I am a regular user of treebo service for both personal & business purposes and have been using their service in various cities over more than a year. Background: I had recieved a good service which made me make bookings for my parents and grandparents visiting Varanasi on pilgrimage at TREEBO Trend select Varuna with booking id: TRB-49949836123 and 12603553168. I had booked a room for a day and two rooms for a day. 1. Booking Facilitation: My folks reached Varanasi on 28th morning 8am and I booked an extra room from 27th as I was told by treebo that if rooms would be available , I will be informed and won't need the extra day's booking. I did not receive any call from treebo regarding this whereas hotel authorities told my folks there are tons of rooms available which cost…

We made triple sharing room after shown image in portal, but we got check in room, its too much different, room shown in image as continuous three bed in row, after check in we got one single bed separate without ac, we asked on reception, they said we provide you one extra mattress in ac room, its ridiculous to arrange one extra mattress instead of three beded room, its fact that room is not actual as shown in picture or shown in portal or we can say as they promise while booking.

Having being stayed in a Treebo hotel, for quite a long time, (Treebo Select Varuna in Varanasi) for around 2 months, I think I am a suitable person to share my honest review. It's a very tall statement for any hotel business to make, "Perfect Stay or Don't pay". But, Treebo stood by it's promise of sorting all the minor issues (if any) within 30 minutes of reporting the issue at the hotel. The amicable and welcoming behaviour of the staff and especially Prashant Dubey(Area Manager), made my day a very pleasant and soothing one. I went for a business trip to Varanasi not knowing anyone. But, the stay provided by Treebo helped me focus on my core job, assuring me of a comfortable yet economical stay at the hotel.
