Excellent stay with family. booked 4 rooms and all rooms were near and clean. Hotel staff was very polite and upon early arrival roms were upgraded with no additional charge. Breakfast was served on time and also good menu.Hotel is near to railway station and all facilities like local eateries, transport are at doorstep.
Special thanks to Mr. Saroj Jha for being with us for 3 days and helped for all sightseeing in Banaras. Arranged boat ride for aarti in evening.

Hotel is located opposite to railway station which is a plus point. Property is nicely maintained with clean rooms. Overall stay was good and I was delighted by travel desk services specially Mr. Ram Jha. He accompanied us for a day tour and very smartly created the itinerary to cover maximum places in best possible manner. He was well known to all the places and very polite. I wish him all the best for future endeavors.

Everything is good. Room service is very good. Well behaved staff.
One suggestion I would like to give that light in the rooms is not proper. More light in the shape of tubelight is required so that tourist can get an option for more light and feel good

I have along with my family have visited Varanasi for the first time. Upon gone through the review of various hotels at Varanasi, I have preferred the hotel City Inn for our stay from 11 to 16, February, 2022 because of its ideal location to reach Kasi Viswanath temple, airport and the hotel is placed walkable distance to Varanasi Railway Junction and straight opposite to the hotel.
The very impressed thing is the hotel is having a dedicated travel desk, where Mr. Rajesh, is very co-operative and helpful , briefed me the tourist spots in and around Varanasi. In addition to that he has deputed one of his assistant Mr.Ram along with for our family to visit Kashi Viswanath temple for hassle free darsan. In addition to that he has arranged for trip to Prayagrah ( Allahabad) by arranging car. Mr.Rajesh has also arranged for sight seeing of Varanasi by deputing a reliable auto driver. The interesting thing is he has arranged all the trips very economically at the affordable price and safely. They akso have the facility airport transfers.
As regards, the hotel, it has all facilities under one roof. The complimentary breakfast privided at the hotel is excellent and the lunch and dinner as well. The officers at Receiption, Mr. Subham, Mr.Alok and Ms. Swetha are very exemplary and polite for addressing all the issues to the customers. The house keeping staff, bell desk staff and all the employees of the hotel are very good. The room housekeeping is extraordinary and all the requirements are fulfilled once ordered without any hesitation. The rooms of the hotel are extraordinary.
In nutshell, the Hotel City Inn, Varanasi have all facilities for very comfortable stay for individuals and families as well and I rated the hotel ten out ten.

Had a pleasant experience of stay in Hotel City Inn during my visit to Banaras from 25th Feb onwards. Hotel was quite nice and clean and front staff very courteous. There is ample space for parking also and a very helpful travel desk also functions inside the premises. A very reasonably prices eatry is also functioning at the entrance. Overall a value for money hotel.

My stay in this property was very first time on suggestion of a close friend. The first best aspect of the place is its proximity with the Railway station. It offers valet parking to guests driving their own cars. To make guests feel at home, the manager and owners personally greet and ensure a comfortable and safe stay. True to their words the hotel offers maximum luxury at a decent price. Exceptional food, spacious gym, soothing spa, vehicle on call, personal grooming expert, the best toiletries ..all was available just as in any 5 star. I would love to make this my permanent stay on all visits to Varanasi and recommend everyone to plans to visit the Holy City. A word of advice: it's a much wanted place of stay, so book in advance and enjoy yr stay...Cheers and thanks to the Managing Team.

I visited Varanasi for business and could fortunately book Hotel City Inn. It was the best decision considering the hotel was centrally located and I could access various parts of the city easily. The staff were extremely responsive and paid attention to every comfort with humility. Icing on the cake was the cleanliness and hygiene. Last but not the least, the food was amazing and the chef personally attended to the requirements. Highly recommend this hotel!

2.Charged more than 50% for 5 hours extended checkout time.
3.Bedsheet,pillow cover and blanket cover were not changed after the previous guest checkout.Hairs and stains were seen on bed/pillow.

hotel cityinn just 3 minute from varanasi train station and this is a main station in varanasi.....
It depends on the period of visit.During Puja Festivals,it will take at least 30-45 mins to reach Godhulia.Then to D-Ghat by walking.May be 10-15 mins.Watch the evening Aarti at the Ghat.Never trust an auto.E-rickshaw,or manual rickshaws are not so cheats!!!!
