Super clean and spacious rooms, great Restaurant, value for money.
This is a newly built nice boutique Hotel, and yes it little more than 3 star in terms of Cleaning, Rooms, Amenities provided plus a nice family Restaurant. Its though in crowded Laxa Road in Old city so do not have space enough for lawns/Paraphet etc.
Front Desk is managed directly by Owners and they take care of their Guests professionally well, Staff is courteous, polite and supportive. Its value for money with comfortable, spacious and clean Rooms and tasty food.
We recommend to stay here if you wish to visit Ghaats nearby 1km walking or eRikshaw.

It was and excellent stay at Hardik Palacio with my mother for 2days. The commutation is very easy from the location . The Kashi Vishwanath mandir and Dashaswamedh Ghat are at a walking distance . The property is very clean and the sober behaviour of the management and other staffs are enough to make this place a good catch. The rooms are spacious with all modern amenities .They even upgraded our room for a day with mutual consent . The restaurant food is served hot and will compliment your taste buds . They have a complimentary gift while checking out . This place is worth considering for your Varanasi Stay.

The staff here is very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms are elegant and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The food is also really good, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

The hotel was good but not that worth paying 4k per day, breakfast buffet has very less options, voices from other rooms are easily heard be it normal talking, tv sound or fight, washroom was small. The management is not understanding as I have done a pre booking a month ago for dual occupancy with breakfast incl. For 2 days but due to uncertainty and health reason another person was not able to make it, I requested the hotel management to provide some discount or reduce breakfast prices for atleast 1 person but they didn't understood the issue and was not ready to compromise neither in shifting from dual occupancy to single neither in reducing price for breakfast for another. Overall experience is fine.

Very arrogant staff zero flexibility. Pathetic experience. There are many hotels in the area one should avoid this hotel. Vehicle don't reach upto hotel. I misplaced my room card and had to wait for 1/2 hour for replacement after paying charge of Rs 500/-. Spoiled my trip by booking this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay here. The manager and staff were incredibly polite and went out of their way to make my experience comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for both solo travelers and families. The food was fantastic as well! Thanks.

The room were comfortable And preety good at this price range, place is near to all local spots and hardly a km from the main temple. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Overall an peaceful stay , would definitely recommend!! Thank you!!
