Celebrant Hotel staff was very helpful and caring.Right from the Door man to the housekeeping. Restaurant food quality was very good, cooking food as per individual needs.Housekeeping staff assistance was very good.

The hotel is very good. If plan to visit Banaras next time, will definitely stay in the same hotel. Services are good and rooms are hygienic. Staff too is cooperative and polite. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city and is approachable to all places within the city.

The reception generated a 19,000 rs bill against a prepaid booking and harassed the guests. Rooms are small , service is pathetic and staff is discourteous. not worth 5000 per day hotel .not recommended at all

Not so clean rooms, pillow covets torn , bathroom and AC air was stinking. They have argued and not provided extra bed when the real case was they didn't had an extra beds available. Food was good and hygienic. Could have done better in overall room cleanliness.

Bad behaviour Please Never stay in this hotel Dirty Rooms All Staffs are Rude Dirty Rooms Bad Food I never stay again in this Hotel Booked deluxe room with city view. But on arrival they told me that it might be wrong showing in make my trip app that delux room has city view.
Continuous drilling machine voice was heard in the room that was provided to me and when told to reception staff, no action was taken. There was no table to sit on morning breakfast as total of 3 tables were there and guest were around 16.

Nice ambience and good service.

Enjoyed our stay in celebrant hotel. Nice ,clean and comfortable but deluxe rooms are small. Not enough space to walk around in the room. Proximity to various important temples and railway station within 3 kms.
