I stayed there with my family and our stay was very comfortable . and we really like our stay . Hotel Staff were very polite Specially Mr. Ratnesh Sing who always take care of the guest and make sure that stay is comfortable and also can suggest how you can plan your trip , he really helped us . hotel food was really nice , cleanness was up to mark.overall excellent and comfortable stay , Highly Recommended.

Stayed in this motel for about 3 days 2 nights and the stay was splendid. Met my close relatives as surprise for 2 days. And what to mention the food was awesome(choley puri). While mild sound musics playing on.
Professional behaviour of staffs were not compromised. Neat and clean maintenance of the surroundings. And the Tridev temple(attached) next to the motel was so beautiful that you can spend 2 hrs soothing yourself. The streets are so so busy(as apna rasta hai).
Only thing is they didn’t change the room as I requested, but no regrets. And no view from the room.
Total points:9/10(Ratnesh Singh deserves applauded).

Our family stayed here for 4 nights. They have got the best location as all the famous varanasi temples are located nearby.
Only problem that we faced is the bathroom and speed of wi fi.
Abhay and Ratnesh were really very helpful, supportive and caring.
They have got great menus in breakfast. Food is very good.

My stay in this property is excellent. The rooms are neat n clean. The food is delicious 😋 n yummy. The staffs are very kind n helpful. I would like to thanks Mr. Gupta for his hospitality and arrangements he made for my old parents to have a hassle free darshan of Kashi Vishwanath temple and Ganga Aarti.

Wonderful property. Clean rooms, helpful staff, good service and very good location. Will definitely recommend. Good place for both family & friends. Always helpful attitude of reception & restaurant staff will make you feel at home.

Stayed in Hotel Tridev Grand for four days. Excellent hotel. Good customer service. Especially the restaurant incharge is one of the most friendly persons i have ever seen. May God bless him. Well kept rooms. Only drawback is news channels in English or regional languages are not available in the TV.

We were there for 2 days from 1st to 3rd January and It was nice stay with them. Rooms were clean and food was good. They only need to improve their room service. We ordered water bottle and they took 2 hrs for same. Otherwise it's a awesome place to stay.

I stayed at Hotel Tridev Grand with family for 2 days and I must say that the hotel is well maintained, has a very good and friendly staff. The food was good. Had an excellant and comfortable stay in the hotel. I would highly recommend this place for the stay in Varanasi.

Very nice hotel room is neat and clean. We are check in late till 1 am. But staff is ready to better service.all amenities avalable in room. I want shaving kit. Staff provided. Restaurant service need a little bit improvement. Overall good hotel.
