This Homestay is managed by an Indian family and those who like to stay with a family and share the culture and taste freshly made home cooked vegetarian food would like it here very much.A traditional Indian house built in 1936, with complete teakwood work and antique hand carving workmanship on the doors, windows, decorations and furniture. Lots of open space for natural sunlight and air, and a beautiful small garden. Beautiful seat in garden in the front.

Nice and clean place with very kind and helpful hosting. It’s in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes drive in a tuk-tuk from Ganges river. You can have a fantastic home made dinner wich we recomend you to have minimum once at your stay. They arrange walking tours in Varanasi which we also recomend.

This was a very pleasurable stay! The rooms were really clean and homely. Girish was really helpful in arranging travel to our early morning boat ride in Varanasi, and as well to the airport. Definitely a quiet oasis a 30-40 min walk or 10 min rickshaw from the main bustling that (much needed after the business!!)

Harish runs a very professional and thoroughly organized homestay which is centrally located and a very functional one. Wife Malika is a fantastic cook and we had the privilege of having lunch on the last day of our stay and also listen to the legendary stories of the residential building which is truly heritage and nicely maintained. Girish the son is also very sincere and helpful. This was our first visit to the city and without doubt a very pleasant trip. Our boat trip along the Ganges as well as the Ganga arti was nicely curated and it was a truly memorable experience. Alongside, one can also look at the Banarasi sarees, Pashmina shawls, stoles which are offered at wholesale rates and we also bought some pieces. If you are visiting Benares i would any day recommend this home stay, it is a great option if you are looking at convenience, great food and home like experience. Thank you

I'm a solo, woman traveler and stayed at the Homestay for 4 nights. The place is located in a safe neighborhood away from the noise of the city and only 20min walk from Old Heritage. The room was spacious and clean. I was there during cold days of winter and the rooms don't have a heating system. However the owner provides a small heater for additional fee. The breakfast were simple, western style toast with homemade jam and fruit - same every day. You can also request the dinner for additional fee. The lady of the house Mallika prepares simple meals but very tasty. I recommend staying at the Homestay. The owners also run a travel business that's helpful if you need a guide for your stay in Varanasi.

Varanasi is a must visit, but it can be pretty intense, and Hiresh and his family offered the perfect friendly and relaxing retreat away from the busy streets. Be prepared to do some walking to get into the centre - a tuk tuk drive can’t take you all the way to the main sites, but were happy to walk for 20-25 mins from the homestay into the centre so this was not an issue for us. The bed is comfy, the shower is hot and you will be given (lots!) of outstanding food with a lovely family-like meal time experience with the other guests. One of us was unfortunately struck down with bad food poisoning after eating some street food and our checkout time was immediately extended without question and within 1 hour Hiresh and his team had delivered to us some medication from the local doctor - we really couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you!

Varanasi carries an extremely strong vibe. You either hate the city or simply love it. Staying in such a place adds to the dimension of that experience where your love or hate for the place is extended. This Homestay adds and nurtures the feeling of love for the city. It is in a quiet by lane of Benaras which is only 1 Kms away from the hustle and bustle. Owned by Harish Ji and nurtured with care by his spouse and son this place exudes warmth. The rooms are tidy and washroom is cleaned daily. The bed is comfortable, clean and pillows are soft. Breakfast is tasty whereas lunch and dinner has to be prior ordered which is hot and healthy. You get hot chapatis and rice if you maintain the scheduled time for meals. If required they arrange vehicle for transportation on chargeable basis at any odd hours also and are ever helpful in assisting on any requirements during the stay. For kids and elderly this is the place to be. So in Benaras look no further.

For our recent trip to Varanasi, we stayed at Harish Ji's homestay. Hardly 3 kms from Varanasi Junction, the location is very peaceful. The homestay is very spacious! The room we stayed in had been well maintained. The bathroom amenities were clean. The bed linen had been freshly washed. Property front yard has a lot of space and greenery for leisure walks. Room service was prompt and we experienced no issues with the staffing. Rooms were cleaned up during our stay as well. We had other amenities at our disposal like a working cable tv, fridge and a water heater for making tea / coffee (should you need Tea / Coffee after kitchen closes) The meals were delicious and cooked with a lot of love and care. Mallika Ji has incredible culinary skills! Harish Ji and his son Girish took care of everything including our local transportation needs and arranging an evening boat ride to all Ghats / Ganga Arti and then back to Varanasi Junction. Thank you for the warm hospitality! My mom is a senior citizen so we were very grateful for a hassle free trip! It's a great place to stay if you're planning a trip to Varanasi. We'll be back for sure!

Had the pleasure of staying here for two nights in November 2023. Harish and Malika are fantastic hosts and you are greeted by a warm welcome. Everyone at this Homestay will do anything they can to make your stay a memorable and comfortable one. Harish will happily arrange tours and guides to show you the sights of Varanasi whilst his wife will cook you some of the best food you will ever eat for breakfast and dinner. The room is very clean and comfortable and the location is ideally situated in a quiet, safe area just far enough away from the noise and chaos of the city centre. Thank you all for making our stay a memorable one.

The property is in a good location. Quiet near to all the temples and attractions. The service is excellent and the staff helpful. The home cooked breakfast was my favourite. The owners even gave us access to their kitchen to cook food for our three year old. Our stay couldn't have been better. Thank you for your amazing h hospitality.
