I travelled with my wife and daughter with prior booking. I had booked breakfast for 1 day and no breakfast of other day as I wanted to have a feel of local dishes. I had clearly mentioned this to booking incharge Mr Yuvraj. Accordingly I took only 1 breakfast. But to my surprise,at time of check out they tried to charge Both breakfast from me. I had to show them the booking chat history to prove myself. Mr. Amit, front desk manager was so reluctant to revise the bill, that he kept us waiting for half an hour in the name of bill correction process time. Infact,he was attending other guests and made us wait just to release his grudge and frustration of revising the bill. That was very annoying. I had to to call GM Mr Rahul to clear the matter.

The hospitality of hotel staff is excellent. Managers are aware of customer's need and satisfaction. Food quality is good. Super hygienic treatment. All staff are humble and well dressed. Me and my family is fully satisfied.

A great stay for my solo trip in Varanasi. A great property, right on main road, close to malls and showrooms. Rooms were excellent with all modern facilities. Food and dining were equally good. Breakfast was quite good. Service was prompt and top notch. My special thanks to Nitika Madam, in the front desk for all her helpful information and co-operation and Ashwin for his lovely room service. Thanks to all other support staffs too for making my stay so wonderful and satisfying.

Great ambiance, food is tasty and high quality. Service is great. Bar manager Umesh and Bartender Sandeep very good service. The location of the restaurant is in the prime sigra area, easily accessible with parking of all kinds.

They provide amazing complementary. Amazing service Amazing people with great knowledge and manners.
Awesome service...delicious food..specially pan fry noodles.. one must visit its really very amazing. The ambiance of the bar is very good, the staff were very polite.
