Simply the best hotel in Varanasi. A few meters from the river Ganges. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, it also has its own restaurant of very good quality. The hotel staff is very friendly and willing to help with tourism in the city, including helping with transfers and other issues related to getting to know the great Varanasi. The best thing, we were lucky to meet Shiva, a guide from the hotel who accompanied us for a full day on excursions to the Ganges river, beautiful ceremonies, temples, walks and a lot of other things that made our trip perfect. Eternally grateful!

Awesome experience ! Very clean room, best hospitality in Varanasi, friendly staff. The tour assistance desk is very helpful and provide all the knowledge about the city. I would recommend everyone to visit the holy city of Varanasi and enjoy the stay in Hotel Varanasi Heritage which is around 100 meters from the Assi and Thulasi Ghat

The hotel is very well located, everything is available within a radius of 1/2 km. the rooms are decent, unfortunately the services are extremely poor. Before booking and confirming the room I had enquired about hot water availability in the bathroom and they assured me of the same. There wasn't any hot water but the assurance of getting it soon delayed our darshan to the temples for 2 consecutive days. We couldn't have our breakfast for these 2 days as were already quiet late for the darshan. I requested them for getting my fan regulator fixed which wasn't inspite of my reminders for the entire stay. The worst hit was when we were having our first breakfast on the last day as we had time in the morning to laze, we had ordered as its was an a la carte that day, to our surprise the manager tells us that the bread is over and they could give us the sandwiches later, we agreed and thought we would eat on the way to the airport. To our surprise they said these would be available on payment after some argument they agreed but to our surprise it was only bread butter and not a sandwich, i called to tell the reception they now wanted a photograph of the bread butter as a proof. We were quiet shocked and thought to share. …

This Hotel is very near to Ghat and hotel is very neat and clean. All the staff is very cooperative and humble. It is also very economical. It is very convenient location and you can take E-Rickshaw and also car comes in front of hotel.

The hotel is accessible by taxi and within easy walking distance to 2 ghats. You can walk to the famous ghats or take an auto rickshaw. The hotel staff are very attuned to their guests’ needs. I would without reservation, recommend this hotel to Varanasi visitors.
