Pathetic service. I was late to check out and was on a visit to a temple. Behind my back they put my stuff inside my bag instead of keeping them in a separate poly bag. Opening someone’s bag without their permission is heights. This is a total invade of privacy. I was so embarrassed to learn that. That too a male employee packing females stuff.
This Hotel is one of the best experience for foreigners and outsiders. Breakfast Food with enough varieties , Cleaning Services, Staff all are very good . I would recommend this Hotel to ones who are coming first time to the city to have darshan or spending some time with family in this beautiful city :).
Good rooms and ambience.. courteous staff food was also nice and well served a good thing is located near to Banaras railway station.. other destinations are nearby ..an overall good experience with comfortable stay
I had the privilege (ala misfortune) of staying in this hotel, a fortnight back. First of all, this hotel is far away from the main areas of activity. A tourist will have to shell out anything beteen 150-200rs(one side) everytime to reach the main areas(Gadoliya Chowk, Assi Ghat etc). There isn't much around, other than a flyover, a hospital and desolate streets. The property is well maintained, rooms are plush and modern, even the breakfast served is wholesome and hearty. Now, coming to the obnoxious part of it....the staff is extremely arrogant, hostile and lack basic manners or sense of hospitality. It felt like they have recruited few goons from the neighbourhood to attend the guests...... 1. I arrived little early for the check-in with my better half and was told that all rooms are full and that i need to wait till 12pm; I was fine with that. I went up to the receptionist after an hour or so, requested him to atleast complete the check-in formalities....This fellow called Pankaj, his blunt reply was "Abhi hum kaam kar rahe hain..." which translates to "F off.....i m busy"...... Don't know what planet-saving activity he was up to, but thats a real great way of talking to your guests, i suppose... 2. Another staff continously argued about how it was my fault that i arrived early, and despite sending them previous intimations about my time of arrival, how it is not their resposibility, and things like that. 3. Even after 4-5 guests checked out, we were made to wait for hours, on the pretext of cleaning staff not being available. Also, the manner in which I was informed of this and practically asked to sit tight on the sofa was pretty much disrepespectful and rude. On retrospection, I genuinely wonder how they run a hotel with such celebrity cleaning staff, who don't even show up to work at 10am in the morning. 4. Despite booking a premium room, having king size double bed (as per the aggregator site), the room that i was offered had 2 single beds; Even after showing them the booking details, this staff categorically told me that all Premium rooms have twin beds....and that there are no single king size beds, in this category. What a big, goddamn lie!! There were these and several other petty incidents through which they successfully convinced me, that we were probably some freeloaders, who did not pay big bucks to stay at the hotel, and whatever it was that they were doing, it was just a big favor to us (pun intended); Hence, we should not grumble and make any fuss. Long story short..... AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST!!!!…
Good Ambience.Good food.Good services. The stay was pleasurable. Hospitality was great at the hotel.Stakk was cooperative and prompt in service. Enjoyed the stay snd looking forward to visiting next time.
Well maintained property, staff from reception to restaurant everyone is so cordial, the room was very clean washroom too very clean. Our check-in meeting with Mr. Abhishek at reception was so helpful he give us lots of information and transportation tips which was very helpful. It may be far from Varanasi station but once you settle in the hotel you feel that you are centrally located with easy availability of sharing or dedicated auto just outside of the hotel. The buffet breakfast was widely laid with fruits, bread, hot paratha, Idly pav bhaji, and very great tea (Proper Masala Chai). loved it. highly recommended. Overall wonderful stay, this property has a repeat value for sure.
The staff was amazing specially Mr Abhishek Singh which was really kind and helpful. We recommend this hotel. The coffee was very good. The room are big and nice. Nice air conditioning. Clean rooms. Everything was good for the price we paid.

The hotel staff and owner are extremely ill mannered. They behave like a gangster and look for opportunities to extract money from visitors. Please avoid staying in this hotel at any cost. Despite having online bookings, they may show you hidden charges.
