Excellent hotel and staff, especially Gorakh!!!! The staff is very polite and everyone is smiling, trying to make everyone happy. They cook delicious food in the dining room, very slowly of course, but with soul. The rooms have balconies overlooking the local river and smoking is allowed. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is a private and cozy courtyard where you can be alone with yourself. There are shops nearby and you can walk. I will come here again if I am in Varanasi.

We had a great stay at Comfort Inn Benares. The rooms were clean and the staff was very kind. The restaurant in the hotel serves delicious food, both western dishes and dishes from India. Special mention for Rajeev, who was very hospitable! The only disadvantage was that the WiFi was temporarily not available in the room, but the staff did provide us with good WiFi in the lobby.

The hotel has Good and high quality rooms complemented by courteous staff. Enjoyed hospitality and stay at Varanasi. Breakfast was very good and their staff member Sunny and Rajiv took care with their personal touch on the breakfast table.

I had breakfast in the dining restaurant at the comfort inn yesterday morning and the service was excellent and amazing. The waiters sarvesi singh, akhalak , sunni were attending to all my needs. The chef Ponkaj cooked my omelette to perfection. The waiters were making sure i had my toast and butter and kept bringing me my coffee and juice. They were excellent. Thankyou fir an amazing experience. Keep up the great work. I love this hotel.

We stayed at Hotel Comfort Inn for 3 nights 4 days
The Stay made comfortable by the staff starting from Front desk Mr. Anuj, Mr. Saurabh, Mr.Priyanshu, From hospitality side including food and beverages the Stay was made comfortable and memorizing by Rajeev, Sarvesh, Manoranjan, Vishal.
The entire staff of hotel, food and beverages section was very cooperative, taking care of our taste and health and was always in fresh and happy mood to receive our demands to fulfill.
Nevertheless to say that their housekeeping staff Ezaz, Sunil and rest were always happy to serve us better.
Food quality was really good,tasty and maintained all hygiene while serving is worth mentioning here
Overall, I recommend this property to all those who wish to stay with comfort, happiness and good hygiene.
We would definitely visit again to Varanasi and of course would stay in Hotel Comfort Inn ok only.

on my trip here, in three days, i tried three different hotels but the hospitality and the comfort of this hotel is the best. Make no mistake the food was the best out of all of this. The daal, the sweet fishes and the the buffet system in the morning everything was 10/10. The staff was very helpful and quick as well.

had a fantastic experience at the comfort in Banaras hotel thanks to Anuj, the receptionist. He was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Anuj's professionalism and courteousness stood out from the moment I checked in. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel valued as a guest. I would highly recommend this hotel, largely due to the exceptional service I received from Anuj.
