Hotel's Favourite
I was there at Hotel Varanasi Inn in 2019. This time I again went for the Kashi Vishwanath Darshan and chose Hotel Varanasi Inn for our 3-night stay. I was amazed that they have kept up their services from my last visit. The food was delicious, we enjoyed our stay. Thank You Shivam sir, for your warm hospitality, I hope to visit again in your beautiful hotel.

This is nice and clean hotel in the Sigra area of Varanasi. The hotel is in a lane across from the mall/IP Cinema. The hotel is good 15 minutes from the Ghats. You can walk up to the main road and transportation is easy to get. I never used lunch or dinner, but the breakfast was decent. Hot water was readily available in the morning. In the evening they start hot water after 7:30pm. Bathroom was clean and included western style toilet with bathroom tissue. Rooms were promptly cleaned every day.
The hotel in located in narrow lane. I was originally skeptical reading reviews about its location from other posts. But we never felt uncomfortable at any time. No issues at all. Security guard is at the main entrance all the time so felt additional safety. Overall, decent hotel.

We had the pleasure of staying at Varnasi Inn for a week , location was great as it was nearby all the shopping spots. The rooms were newly renovated and clean. They all had AC / hot water .The greatest thing was the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful especially the Manager Siva would always went the extra mile for his guest. The hotel‘S restaurant is also very good and well equipped with a variety of tasty Veg and non-veg dishes. Definitely would recommend anyone to stay here!

They have limited capacity Boiler and takes long time for hot water supply . Warm water was supplied for Shower not Comfortable in winter. Reception denied use of Restaurant for dinner , instead offered Room service as Owners private party was going on that night. Staff takes long time to serve not professional staff compared to Amount they charge

We are a group of 25 peoples from Malaysia, have stayed a 3 days for our parents rituals really all went good with their arrangements.
The hotel was well maintained , the room was so nice and hygienic
the food was so good and we do have any compliance and the hot water was so hot in this cold,a special thanks to Mr.Shivam , the property owner, you can find all the times in hotel, so helpful and talkative..
Recommended property , approach to the hotel was not good, but really a nice hotels

Recently I travelled to Varanasi 1st week of December , 2024 . Hotel staff and services are TERRIBLE . I booked for 4 days with full payment and had to leave the hotel after 2 days by my own choice around 10:30 pm at night due to family security reason , staff behavior , manager attitude without information , food availability and few more . Picture of the hotel place is differently shown , it is crowded place .
Day 1 We reached the hotel . They picked up ( cab service is their business as hotel location is much away from actual Kashi ghat -even though km wise it will show 3-4 km but you have to take auto etc ) . So if you really need good location , please search hotel near Ghat like 1.5 km is good both way , traffic and walk .
In the evening , when we went down for dinner , we see there are special invitees from outside ( team ) for party at restaurant . Waiter firmly said, today room service only . Someone said we can use backside room to sit and have food . We went there and arrange one table chair by ourselves and we family had food there . Alone and abandoned . If you want to be away from temple / ghats and travel on car only plus want to have your food at room then probably it is ok ( I didn't tested but as staffs / management are bad , you might face problem there as well ) . Day 2 I had Baba Viswanath darshan , needed a auto to reach in very morning . I advise nearer the better , obviously hotel you can choose based on your budget . Day 3 ( means 2 nights in hotel ) we went to Prayag Raj and Seeta mori , Hotel took Rs 4500 for this service , I mean cab . When we are back to hotel nearly 9:30 pm , we came to hotel restaurant again . There was one waiter was working , one table is occupied , not many people . Waiter didn't take complete order nearly 20-30 minutes , most of the items he was telling no and leaving us not hearing full order , not providing 20-30 seconds to us . With child we were helpless , requested to give some food as it was around 10 pm ( in Varanasi it is not much late anyways later I know ) . Then suddenly one person came ( manager ) , started misbehaving without knowing the fact . We are family and child , found it very risky . I immediately booked another hotel and decided to leave that hotel earliest as this problem was continuing from day 1 . As a visitor , we were spending very less time at hotel but still minimum service was not unavailable . If you order bottle water off-hours from room , they cannot send from reception . So you have to rely on hotel open water . Understanding security and service , we left the hotel but hotel didn't call back or refund any money for other days , as we left our own .
Be very very careful .. Don't take this hotel except you need to stay inside hotel room and order . Rest it is you decide .

We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations Note: 1.Going to temple Darshan you have pay for the auto , no where we have mentioned its free of charge 2.Day 2 You have entered hotel by 9.30 but have started to order after kitchen closed and made a nuisance for the other guest too 3.you have entered the unauthorized entry area but you have entered the kitchen without oermoisssin that 'y our manager asked to come out from there 4.If the restaurant area is busy or all occupied with the guest ,we have to wait till we get table ,in that situation also we managed for you, but your writing the unwanted noted

We decided to take a small break from routine and drive to varanasi in our car.
The wrong route was by mistake choosen and our journey was against our expectations .
But as soon we reached to hotel room things were comfortable and we were upgraded to superior room by hotel staff thus suiting our requirements of an extra bed.
Stay and food was good with cooperative hotel staff.
Wifi was not functioning so had some issues with online zoom meeting but rest all was fine

The hotel is situated just off the main road, so it's fairly easy to find. The staff are friendly, approachable and sensible and the main plus to me versus a whole bunch of other hotels in Varanasi is that the pictures of Varanasi Inn are actually representative of how the hotel looks in person too.
A ton of hotels in Varanasi sell Photoshopped images online, but when you get there in person the same rooms are dilapidated, dirty and falling apart. That's not the case for Varanasi Inn, which was nice to see (unlike our previous hotel).
The bathrooms are spacious and there's plenty of hot water, and the AC works very well (both heating and cooling).
A ton of hotels in Varanasi sell Photoshopped images online, but when you get there in person the same rooms are dilapidated, dirty and falling apart. That's not the case for Varanasi Inn, which was nice to see (unlike our previous hotel).

Its a such nice property located in mid of Varanasi, staffs are so splendid,polite and the only disappointment is narrow path from Main road apart from very nice rooms with good interior.
The staffs are smiling with care service also so good and Waiter named Vinod so helpful and keep on smiling , the best part of this hotel is their food, throughout our stay in India only in this place we have not got stomach upset so nice food feel like home food with TAWA ROTTI.
Next comes for Tours , they have guys who takes care of tours the guide named Yadav excellent service and he had a good knowledge about all places.
overall a goods service and last my Sincere Thanks to Mr.Shivam , the property owner, keep on monitoring their staffs and engaging their guests and he is so down to earth

I visited this hotel while trip to delhi during lockdown. They took good care of hygine and followed every procedure they supposed to do so. Friendly staff, clean premises and good food. Will love to go again while visiting Varanasi again.

The hotel will let you check in early if the room is not occupied.you can re w upstairs this before check in
I think if you make a special request to them before hand they will definitely get food ready for you accordingly.
As far as I remember there are no rooms in ground floor. But they have an elevator.
Vishwanath temple is about 5 KMs from the hotel
yes we do have lift with 24 hours backup and no need of anything we will take care of everything
