I had the opportunity to visit india Benaras in April. The hotel was nice clean high standards of hygiene and great care were given to us for the 3 beautiful days we spent in Varanasi Rt. From welcoming us at the gate by the extremely polite reception staff who made the process smooth for check in , and the other gentleman whom was so proffesional . Room had provision both for fan and Aircon, which added to the comfort level with the taking tempbw nt and day. Room service was prompt fast and quite good. Food quality though vegetarian was very freshly done, and good range from continental to Indian. The staff were so polite.....I was recommended stay in beautiful hotel

It’s was a great experience. Excellent service nice atmosphere and very polite staff. Lots of small things add up to the best imaginable hotel stay. A glass of juice for the late arrival after a very long drive. Someone in the elevator lobby to make sure the key card-operated elevator experience works smoothly. Advice on less expensive alternatives to the hotel's valet parking. Never making you feel like you're asking for too much, and dealing with complaints rapidly and thoroughly. Looking really glad to see us. And of course the goldish.

We ( me ,my wife n daughter) stayed in this hotel from 15th to 19th April 2022.Enjoyed their hospitality .Good staff.But they should have a travel desk to help their boarder .I recommend for staying .Specially restaurent staffs and Gate keeper of the hotel is very helpful and nice.
