Had dinner at casya hotel occasion on new year party and it was amazing. Recommended to everyone. Staffs were really courteous and friendly and hotel was neat and clean follow info with covid protocal were too great, had a delicious food, chicken was too juicy and fresh, it was a great experience..also we book room at last moment get a good room with comfortable bed with crisp linen with all amenities.thanks to casaya team.
This hotel is ideal for business or short trips stay, rooms are quiet spacious but house keeping and staff leaves with desire to more improvement. Restaurant on the top offer good food options. They definitely need to improve their buffet breakfast when they are charging above 2-2.5k for per day rooms. Needs improvement in taste and variety of break fast they offer

It was very good stay, room was spacious, clean and well decorated.Side lamp was very unique. There was enough space to walk in the room as well. Had a very sound sleep as the colony where hotel is located is peaceful. However washroom was small and congested. Hospitality was good. Breakfast needs improvement.
This hotel is managed by the Clarks Awadh Group. The room is of decent size however maintenance/housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. Torn bedsheets and lumpy mattresses are just some examples. The Hotel does not have adequate security to manage vehicular movement within the premises or at exit point. A travellers bus came and blocked the exit gate preventing other vehicles from exiting the hotel and there was no staff present to reprimand the bus driver whose guests were anyway staying in the hotel. Buffet breakfast may be served or not depending on room occupancy levels. If not, then you can ask for some items to be prepared. This was perhaps the only hotel which served me sour watermelon juice. The Front Office personnel don't identify their in-house guests discretely and shout from their desk to the lift area to the guest to identify themselves. Again, another experience not witnessed in any hotel. An extremely unprofessional and rude management who have no training in providing hospitality services or even basic courtesies. Stayed in Lucknow 3 nights sightseeing and chose the Casaya. The hotel staff are well trained and cannot do enough to please you and make your stay very pleasant. There is a good choice of food in the restaurant and it is well cooked, well presented and extremely tasty. Durgesh and Prashant are excellent hosts. The Cube rooftop bar is comfortable and well stocked with drinks at affordable prices. The room was clean and well maintained with a really good shower. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lucknow.

My all guest were Happy with the service provided by the team members of hotel. I would like to mention some names who gone out of their way to make my event and stay awesome and memorable for each and every guest. First of all I would like thank Mr. Abhishek Tiwari (duty manager), Mr. Hari om Mishra, Mr. Rahul Singh and there was two more gentleman in the front desk team I forgot their names (sorry guys for not remembering your names) they were extremely helpful. They helped in smooth check in and smooth check out. Whenever any guest use to call for some help they use to provide the service in 7-10 mins which was nice thing I have ever seen in a hotel group. Thank you for quick and prompt service. I would like to to thank the entire food and beverage team of the hotel. The type service you guys did was awesome. I would like to thank Mr. Durgesh (bqt manager), Mr. Vishan, Mr. Jagmohan, Mr. Manendar, their was one lady manager & one lady associate in f&b team I forgot their name (sorry guys) and last but not the least Mr. Prayanshu. The service they did was out of my expectation. Each and every guest was happy with their friendly and helpful nature. The way they were taking care of guest as if they are family members of us. Thanku guys for the outstanding service and hospitality. I would to thank the entire housekeeping team for such clean and hygienic rooms and prompt service. The staff really made our trip very special the food was excellent we enjoyed the restaurant it is really a steal comfort hospitality and security breakfast and food is good too staff was good special thanks to front desk Mr rahul singh he is so nice person &good behaviour . Thanks to gend casaya team for making our stay comfortable.
