From outside it appears to be an ordinary hotel ,but its huge building inside. A mixture of modern and Avadh style. Large galleries insde to find your room tend to make you believe that you visiting an old palace. The lawn in the centre of the hotel with rooms and banquet halls arround it, adds to its style. Rooms are spacious. Buffet breakfast is average.A fly over right in front of the hotel has affected its outer grace. With lot of parking space ,its a good hotel to stay alone/with family.

Located at heart of city. Hardly 2-3 km from hazratganj crossing. Good place with excellent food. Halls are also decorative. One negative point is parking space. Very good place for a function of 150 -200 people.

My friend and I booked through hotels.com and it did not specify anything about friends cannot stay in the same room together. The front desk asked for us to pay for another room in cash even though we already paid online through hotels.com. Please update your description to clearly state friends cannot stay together in the same room. Or check on your staff to stop scamming clients.

So I happened to visit the property last month with my family. The hotel is an ideal example of what hospitality in hotels should be. We were delighted with the beautiful view that the rooms had along with such trained, polite and dedicated team of staff members who are always eager to assist you. The service was up to Mark and the rooms were of superb quality. Will ensure I return to the property soon and hopefully for a longer stay this time.

Went there to attend corporate conference. My colleagues were staying there. Rooms are average and little old, but not bad. They have huge parking space. Staff is quick and courteous. Food quality is good. Can be tried if out of options.

my second time in deep palace last time management told me they are doing renovation i think they did at but nothing been change getting worst hotel reception person not polite no respect to costumer a/c not working in my room no kettle in room i have a terrible night can,t sleep internet in hotel not work at all i never stay in deep palace hotel and i never recommend to any one......
