I must say a very comfortable stay it was. I am a traveller and I like exploring places a lot that is why I went to Lucknow. I and my friends didn't know where to stay. We wanted an affordable hotel with 5 start policy. Thank God my sister's friend recommend Piccadilly hotel. The staff is so corporative, they even told us to travel the extremely amazing places to eat and shop nearby. We also ordered food at night because after travelling all day. They served hot food with no delay. Also, when we entered the room it was all cleaned up, they even sanitized the whole bed, curtains. Taking care of the current situation, Covid 1, I must say it's a safe stay here if you guys looking for some affordable and 5-star service.

1. Lack of courtesy was found among some of the staff. I visited as part of IIM Lucknow program and government had paid equally for us as much any other guest would have paid however there was a lack of respect and infact one of my friend was told, "This is a 5 star hotel". The 110 fellows were made to feel that they don't deserve to be in the hotel and have no standards to be there whereas we have visited many 5 stars for same program
2. Food was extremely repetitive and not up to the mark
3. While the staff claims it to be a 5 star, the everyday cleaning of the room was lacking the standards of 5 star. The news paper was not removed on daily basis, The floor was cleaned with bath towels in front of me and etc
4. While checking out even though people were getting late for their flight they were made 15 minutes minimum for checkout
5. While the rooms were shared by 2 people only 1 key tot he room was provided for which serious upgradation of system is needed
6. There's was no ventilation for room which is a primal need for any room
7. There was no regular refill for toiletries. We had to ask 3 days repititively to get a loofa
Please note that this is not for every staff member but certain some who completely ruined the experience for 110 fellow who could have brought business to Piccadilly in future. And, rest others points have been added for improvement.

For my recent trip I visted lucknow and stayed at the piccadily hotel which is located in alambagh .the hotel is very demure and beautiful ,provides warmth when you enter. The food which was a buffet had alot of options to choose from . I will comee back soon

This was my third visit to piccadilly lucknow and yet again the stay was perfect the staff is very humble and cooperative and carry a positive attitude . Full marks to the hotel staff for following covid protocols .Rooms were sanitized everyday which makes us feel secure.
Food is very tasty special the breakfast buffet had lots of options.Thank You Team Piccadilly for taking care of us very nicely .Piccadilly will always be our first choice whenever we are in Lucknow.

This hotel is quite well maintained and every thing is properly kept and managed. staff is very polite. Especially the night staff Mr Amandeep provided smooth checking even at late night 1:00 am food quality and variety is great. It looks like you are at home away from home. .
