It was my brother's reception party and we couldn't have asked for a better arrangement and professionalism from their end . We knew most of it but even then it was surprisingly good . - Food had no issue with taste, hygiene or anything . - Decoration was on point . - Parking was taken care of really well and the service was fast . - Time didn't matter for room services and they attended everyone till the time they left .

Very nice Hotel .I am General Manager of hotel Gurveer Royal but I must say that food of Sapna Clark's inn was yummy.Hotel was well cleaned and covid Precautions were taken by Management. Akhelesh The Manager of the hotel greeted us well and Overall Attire was Awesome. Best Wishes to Entire Team.

was a good stay! The food was excellen, the breakfast buffet has a very nice variety. Despite its small size, this hotel delivers big on all frontand the staff superb!Great location and very close from major places in Lucknow! Real value for money and Will be back in a near future ☺

I cam for the inquiry on 4th March, Mr Dinesh Singh attended me. I had finalized the Banquet fora function, however since he could not connect me to decorator so he asked me get it done in day or 2. After multiple followups I could not get the satisfactory response and finally after 2 days I am told that it is already booked. This was really disgusting and a true example of unethical and unprofessional behaviour. When I tried reaching the management I could not get the satisfactory explanation. I strictly do not recommend this hotel to any one. Really annoying behavior and responsiveness

Excellent service with delicious food and positive atmosphere with brilliant staff. The buffet was cost effective with proper number of starters, main course dishes and desserts. I have been to many buffets but they disappointed me in one or the other aspect but this buffet was simply perfect.Loved the place overall

The food which we had at the Bridge restaurant was amazing. The staff was taking care of every detail regarding the order specifications. Our special thanks goes to Mr. Surendra Singh who took an extra effort to get the orders delivered on time. His behaviour was very polite and respectful.
