After reaching Lucknow our prime concern was a comfortable stay. Our all worries were taken away when we stepped in hotel Myriad. Whether it's Vijay,Aalok or Rishabh, the staff is very friendly and courteous. Housekeeping is superb and the recipes from the kitchen are delicious. This hotel is fully secured for families and elderly visitors. I could have awarded this hotel five stars,if I could find the cleaning of toilet up to mark. In spite of some tint on cleanliness it is truly a myriad of hospitality!

Excellent room service with nice ambience . The rooms are neat & clean . Food service is also very good . Hotel staff is very co operative . Overall its a very nice experience to stay in the heart of the city with such great service !!

Had a nice comfortable stay. Best part is the cleanliness and location. Staff too is quite courteous. Hotel is close to the commercial hub but still at comfortable distance from chaotic traffic. Guess the property is newly built or recently renovated.

The room was clean and nice view. The service on the other hand was shockingly bad. Hospitality were missing and for the price I’m shocked at the lack of effort to follow up on questions when I called down to the reception several times. I also asked to speak to management who were not helpful. I got much better service at every other hotel in Lisbon being 3 stars compared to this hotel.. very disappointing, would not spend my money here again. Can not recommend it, would recommend to choose a cheaper hotel in the city that offers better costumer service.

I would recommend avoiding booking this hotel. Despite booking and receiving a confirmation 4 weeks ago I have today had my booking in 2 weeks time cancelled. Yesterday the hotel sent a random offer to change my dates twice, I refused the offer both times as my stay needed to be on a specific date. Today I received an email asking my to cancel my booking as they are oversubscribed on the date of my stay, I replied stating that I did not wish to cancel. Next thing I know my booking has been cancelled by them. When I queried this I was told that the confirmation I received was not actually a confirmation as the room had not been paid for .....At no time was I asked to pay, in fact they advertise as no prepayment required! I didn't receive any apology or explanation. I consider that I've had a lucky escape as it seems this hotel cant even manage its booking system!

We booked super deluxe rooms, advertised as the best available online with a window and balcony. However, we were provided with standard rooms instead.
While the location is convenient, the quality of the rooms and dinner did not meet our expectations, especially considering the high cost.
The dinner was overly spicy, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the breakfast and service were satisfactory.

The worst hotel have ever stayed in. Totally rubbish ratings and reviews. Dirty linen, dirty washrooms, bathroom fixtures are damaged or not working. Fungus visible on curtains. No tea/coffee facility. You can't order even from restaurant before 8:30 am. Breakfast not good. Totally unprofessional staff. Even government guest houses have better facilities.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 days, was on a business trip but the well cultured staff and the prompt services of the hotel made me feel like i was at my home as the same enthusiasm was shown in services which my 10 yrs old domestic help at home shows. Undoubtedly location of the Hotel and ambiance is excellent but the staff was also very well trained and prompt in giving the services requested for. No wonder in the city of tameez and tehzeeb found an example of the same. To top it all food was delicious. Do try the egg curry, found it really delicious :)

Stayed in July 2016 via Oyo rooms, this hotel is located at Vidhan Sabha Road right beside All India Radio, though not many people have heard of it, so it takes a while to figure out the exact location. We were 3 people staying in 1 room & had made full payment for extra person as well, but hotel was reluctant at providing an extra pillow. Also, there were many cockroaches roaming freely in the room. There was no exhaust system in the washroom, & it stinked. The hotel switched on the exhaust fan, which is not accessible to us, just for an hour in the morning. The waiters take ages to provide us water or any other food we order. Breakfast options are extremely limited. The food was nice, which was the only plus point of the hotel. Also, NEVER ASK THE HOTEL TO PROVIDE A CAR FOR SIGHT SEEING. One of the drivers, Arvind, is pathetic & rude. We had asked for a 4hr 40km package which cost originally Rs 800. We only travelled 36-37km, but the driver asked for double amount giving us an excuse that we made him roam a lot (by his estimate-65km). On checking with Google maps, we first travelled up to patrakarpuram- 8.4km there, and then to the airport- 24km there, which on adding becomes 33 km only. The hotel wasn't of any help over there. Also, the car they gave us, a Renault Lodgy, had NO NUMBER PLATE. I'm enclosing the visiting card of the driver. Please do not ever ask for a car from the hotel. Did not have a good experience at all, would suggest travellers to look for other options.

Highly irresponsible and unprofessional staff. we had booked for some rooms. in the evening when we were checking in we were informed that couple of guest were to checkout and rooms would be given at 8:30 pm but after many enquiries at 11:00 pm they said some rooms are not available, their senior staff who had made the booking had switched off the phone and did not respond. Rooms size is ok but service is poor. breakfast spread is very poor not at all worth the price. ordered food in room service came after waiting for 2 hours and quality was terrible. Better avoid.
