i was stayed in this hotel for four days, i will never recommend to any person for staying in this hotel.. hotel staff is very rude and room and bathroom are not clean..i am much disappointed by this hotel services.. i was wasted amount in this hotel ... please don't book this hotel room for stay.. breakfast and food are also not fresh...hotel's big problems are hotel staff behave... if you want to waste your amount than you can book your room in this hotel.....worst hotel with worst services...

I selected this hotel as I was attending a govt organized function at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan at Gomti Nagar, and this was a nearby option. Hotel location is good and was easily traceable. I got the room booked through OYO for @ INR 1500 per night. I stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was complimentary. But please note that there is no buffet breakfast. You can order only one item such as Puri Bhaji or Paratha or Sandhwich which will be considered complimentary. If you order any additional item, then that will be charged extra. Cleanliness was not up-to mark. The hallway and stairs were littered. However the room was OK. The toilet did not have any window, there was only a small exhaust fan. The photos available of this hotel on OYO were obviously photo-shopped. The actual quality is much below than the exceptionally beautiful photographs of the room interiors. In the morning, I asked for toothpaste to the guy at reception. I carry only toothbrush and not toothpaste as now-a-days most hotels provide a dental kit. The guy at the reception refused to provide toothpaste saying that they don't have, when I told them that I am ready to pay for it and can they send someone to buy one for me, he refused. The problem was the guy who was manning the reception was not aware that they do provide a dental kit. It seems that he was an uneducated person who was asked to sit at reception in place of someone else and was not trained for the job. However, when the original receptionist returned later, I was provided with the toothpaste. This took about half an hour's precious time early morning when I was in a hurry to get ready. I was surprised in the morning when hot water was not available. The guy at reception told me that since this is warm season, they don't provide hit water (I stayed in July when it was raining). He further told me that since all the pipelines are connected for all rooms, it is difficult to provide hot water in all rooms. So I had to bathe with cold water. However, next day, I was surprised to notice that hot water was coming through the shower in the bathroom. Obviously, on the first day, the guy at reception was giving some lame excuses. The in-house food menu was a little expensive, so I walked to a nearby place and had dinner there. Another thing I observed that the staff was not professional/ was not trained properly. When I asked for bottle of mineral water, they did not send till I had to remind them twice. There was no towel in the room when I checked in. I asked for towel and they took more than half an hour to send the towel to my room, after calling the house keeping twice. Overall, the experience was far from pleasant, I will not stay there again and won't recommend anyone to stay there. Maybe you can stay there for one night if you don't get any better option. Advice to the Hotel Management/ Owner: Your property is not bad, but you need to maintain better cleanliness, improve the standard of service and train the staff for their jobs. It's the staff who make the staying experience good or bad for a guest. I have stayed in hotels having smaller rooms and interior decoration which was not good as yours, but I enjoyed my stay when the property was clean, service was quick and staff was polite.…
