Taj is Taj as you enter from greetings from check in staff to the check out staff .We has one night stay in Taj but it was too royal from upgrading us to suite and then night desert . there is so much to tell only place to stay in Lucknow and its TAJ .As we were leaving early morning they packed us such a beautiful brunch which I will cherish there gesture forever. Absolutely loved the hospitality offered by Taj Lucknow. From Tushit and Ravi from the front dest to Chandra, Sharad & Yogesh in the dining and Bhanu & Ajay at the Bar - extremely warm, polite and great hosts. Although I am missing out on a few names but suffice it to say that the Staff offered anything and everything reasonable under the sun to make my stay, on multiple occasions, wonderful @ Taj Mahal Lucknow.

Taj Mahal Lucknow is a beautiful property.As you arrive you can immediatly get a sense of grandeur.The check in process is a breeze with a efficient front desk Staff Viksit and Tushit a very courteous.Mithilesh and Ayesha went out of the way to make our stay memorable, arranged guided tour.The house keeping team for making sure our rooms were tidy at all given point of time.Food was good.Please add more variety in breakfast.I definetly recommend this property to any one visiting Lucknow.Thanks Taj .

Excellent ambience,warm staff,delicious food.Clean rooms,an enjoyable and pleasant experience.Mr.Vinod Pandey is one of the most warm and hospitable GM of the Taj group.Mr.Neelabh Pandey is an asset to the Taj group of hotel.He is a magician ! your wish is his command ! you can ask for anything at the Taj hotel Lucknow and you will get it.The staff is so warm,they treat my mother who is almost 86 yrs old as their own family.Its such a pleasure to stay with them.The ambience of the hotel reminds me of the resorts in Dubai.Mr.Puneet Chhatwal and Mr.Ratan Tata must be very proud of their staff and employees.Right up to the wheel chair assistance,house keeping,resturant,chef Nagendra who whips up any kind of delicacy,the guards at the portico and on the main gate of the hotel,laundry service and the newly renovated rooms are indeed a delight.I have been staying at this hotel since the 90s ,I am a Govt employee and can stay at any of the Govt guest houses but my old parents always prefer to stay with Taj and its also very safe for a woman traveling alone,many hotels have come up after that in Lucknow but I would never stay anywhere else.Thank you Taj.…

Fabulous visit at Taj, Lucknow. All staff here excels in hospitality. Way of greeting is excellent. Starting with entrance Saroj has been very very helpful and has a polite personality. The concierge service has been amongst the finest. Ayesha and Mithilesh are those who are very good at responding queries of every guests very promptly. Ms Ayesha has shown us the property with good explanation along with clarification of our doubts. She has show us a beautiful hand crafted dress store by the name Artisan.

Excellent Hotel with nice outside park + pool and a very good restaurant. Friendly staff and everything went just perfectly well (even complicated extra wished). The marble is worked into the whole hotel and gives a quality feeling. If ever again in Lucknow, I will definitly stay here again
