Excellent staff, descent sized rooms and the food is also nice. It's a huge property with only 48 rooms and has a lot of open space which complements the heritage look of the hotel. Only problem is , it takes around 20-25 min from the airport otherwise the location is also quite upmarket. Overall a very Good experience specifically with the hospitality.

We stayed for a night on 2nd November 2021 at this hotel on way from Varanasi to Noida. We choose this hotel as the exit to ALE is quite near and the Hotel seems to be decent. Our presumptions proved right and this is a very decent and fine hotel with excellent front desk and house keeping staff. The hotel has a large safe parking and the Rooms are quite good and spacious. The room has all the required items including an Electric Kettle for Tea & Coffee making and the House keeping staff are very responsive. The Hotel inside and outside Ambiance is wonderful. The Hotel attached Restaurant is quite good and the food is excellent. We had a wonderful stay at this Hotel.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Lucknow! Lovely room couldn’t fault it. The breakfast is what made the stay so enjoyable. The entry to the hotel was grand and the staff were quick to welcome the guest and ensure comfort. The room is well laid with clean toilet , bed and ac working properly. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was very delicious .

Hotel is at good location in Lucknow. Room was clean, looks newly built, washroom was clean. There was fridge and facility to prepare coffee tea. TV channels available, breakfast was ok with 6-7 items along with fruits, tea coffee, hot milk. Hotel having enough parking inside. Overall our stay was comfortable.

"We stayed for two nights, We enjoyed our meals at the restaurant. Restaurant staff was very polite and co-operative, Front office staff give us early Check-in at 10 AM. Rooms was very nice and comfortable 🛏️ Bed, Clean washroom. Hotel Manager Mr. Sachin is very nice person, he Guide us about Lucknow city tour and also about Lucknawi authentic Food, It was amazing.
