I visited with my friends in the first week of Dec '23. It was very comfortable stay, staff is very courteous. Breakfast spread was very good. Nice Clean rooms Memorable moments made our trip exceptional.

Kudos to the Centrum team for their great hospitality which made our Navy coursemates get together a super success. Their staff members were ever helping and ready to fulfill any of our requests . The comfortable rooms and the housekeeping was impeccable . Also the delicious spread each day was very much loved and appreciated. It was a great 3 days at the Centrum .

A good hotel located on the outskirts of Lucknow. The rooms are spacious and clean, bedsheets, towels etc are clean. Toiletries are of reasonable quality. Food is tasty and service is good. The minus points are that Ola and Uber cabs refuse to serve the area. Secondly, the access and way to some rooms is through their restaurant. This was very strange. However, it is a nice place and staff is friendly.

Celebrated my parents 25th anniversary evening at the Centrum and it was the best decision! Moroccan spa by Nancy, beautiful candle light dinner setup by Mr. Sunit, Aditya and Archana and a strong sense of help and support by Mr Askari made the evening so special for us! The food was fantastic. The vegetarian food is outstanding and was certainly state of the art whereas eventhough for our party, the non veg selection was limited, but the quality and taste of the food warrants an excellent praise. Overall a very nice arrangement by the Centrum team and specially Mr. Avadhesh and chef Fahad, and also Pankaj Chaturvedi for organising the party.
