i have been to this hotel for business trip. First time to India and i think i had got a best hotel so far..........The ambience and the greenery of the hotel is un spekapable.. staff is very curtsy full and well traitened. if i count there are many names who pleased me well during my stay especially Mr. Abhishek and his team Mr. Sangeet......in restaurant i cannot forgot Ms. Anju and Ms. Rupa for making my brkfast more good. The rooms are very cozy and comforatble. Cleaning of the rooms is well maintened and everything in floor is done with proper hygine. Balcony phenomenon with planters fell like second home to me. Iwill definitely come and visit again.....

We usually stay at Taj, but through Mohit's recommendation this time I stayed at The Centrum with my friends and family during our vacation in Lucknow. Upon our arrival, Mohit greeted us very gracefully with the welcome drinks and helped us relieveing from our travel exhaustion, making the check in experience very smooth for us.
Mohit showed us around the entire property which was breathtakingly beautiful and was quite informative about the surroundings and services that the place has to offer. He also helped us in booking our rooms in a day itself , which were quite spacious and had a traditional Lucknowi touch, the best part of the room was the balcony.
During our stay, we came across many friendly faces as we met Balam who provided us the best services and other staff as well. However, we weren't as pleased with some services such as the wifi connection because one day I had my exam and faced problem with the server. But, the IT guy Joseph came to our rescue with his prompt service.
During our stay the only bummer was the breakfast as it wasn't upto the mark despite of the various cuisines being served.
We will come again to stay due to the exemplary services provided by Mohit and other staff who made this trip memorable.

I can say, it was just a galvanizing services & standards, setting up a benchmark for other hotels in the city. Spacious Rooms with contemporary décor makes you realize about luxury in style. the staff is modest & supportive. at this onset of opening of this beautiful 5 star property, They create a pinnacle in guest experiences. Their approach to reinforce their product is quite adorable and filled us with VOW factor. If you talk about their Restaurant Services, I would say - Pampering, skills and Benevolent are the main characteristics of serving staff. You wont feel like you are into business, just make you feel, like a home. Staff is Competent and diligence in their trait and does their job very well with emphatic smile on their faces. Hotel Building imposing grand look and reflect Novel image of Historical significance of Lucknow City. Food is eminent among most, if I talk about my past experiences, even they would consider your requests and suggest, what great you can have. Even, they entertained one of my strong quirk too. Property is new & well spread but the staff is quite unprofessional & lack in hospitality, particularly in the breakfast area. Management sincerely need to review there policy of staff selection.
We had taken MAP , and the buffet did not have much for the vegetarian.
Management should consider to have the facility of car wash for business travellers coming on their own four wheelers as the property is away from the city Centre.

It was my first time arranging na event of such a scale, and Mr. Tushank made it feel like a breeze with his impeccable skills, goodwill gestures and willingness to go above and beyond to deliver an memorable experience. He always made himself available, even during his off-time and made helpful suggestions that were eventually appreciated by all my guests.
The same vibe was echoed by entire hotel staff, right from the Valet, Security, Reception, Housekeeping and the catering Team.
They are focused on listening to your concern and address it even if it falls outside their area of work. You can contact anyone for anything and rest assured that it will be taken care of, no matter whom you contact.

We hosted our wedding reception here on 25/02/2022. Entire experience was simply splendid. Entire event was very well organised and staff is very hospitable and friendly.
Food was finger licking good, freshly served and there was wide variety of spread. Entire event was organised and led by Mr.Tushar who very well understood our needs and catered our requirements accordingly. Rooms are very hygienic and comfortable, would love to visit this serene property again.

I’ve made reservations in The Centrum a lot of times. And they never fail to impress me. Mr.Raj Singh was the one serving me that day and he made sure that I have a good stay. Rest other housekeeping staff was also very well behaved and hardworking. The best thing about this hotel is that every staff has a welcoming smile on their face which automatically makes our day good. Talking about the ambience and the food, it is also super amazing. The only issue I had during my recent booking was that the reception was a little confused and rude this time. Although this has never happened before. But my last booking was a little problematic. Every time I was contacting them about my booking they were sending someone new to talk to me. Now every time I had to explain my details to every new receptionist. Which made my booking experience really bad. One person should maintain all the data about a person in a single column. I’ve paid them half a amount as an advance to lock my booking and rest of the amount two days prior as told by them only. But the day I went there a receptionist named Miss.Rangeela sounded a bit harsh and confused. She also didn’t greet me or wasn’t even looking at me. She only talked to my male colleague who was only there to visit me, forgetting the fact that the whole booking was done by me for me. Also she had no record of the rest of the payment made by me two days prior the check-in date. I had to send her screenshots of my payment summary the day I checked-in. Which also made my booking experience troublesome.
Rest the welcoming and kind nature of The Centrum’s whole staff and guards makes our day every time we visit.

I had a stay for two days at the centrum hotel. The Hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and sweet. They don't leave any chance to make you feel that you are not at home.Especially Deepak Singh from Housekeeping department took really good care of us. The Hotel property is also very different from the other hotels in the town.
