Food quality is good. Also the rooms are very neat and clean. They upgraded my classic room to suite room as complimentary. We enjoyed staying here. Staff behaviour is also good. Security guards are ready to help any time. You could also order food from zomato. Good restaurants like Kareem's are also available nearby.

An absolutely over priced hotel that charges you more than a 5 star but delivers worst than a 2 star. To start with the house keeping sucks, unwashed dirty coffee mugs and towels, tea service not replenished daily. One has to wait for eternity at the coffee shop for breakfast , thankfully one of the waiter was serving with a smile. The staff was good and polite was the only good thing about the hotel. Overall very poor experience, will not recommended this to anyone unless there is nothing else available as was in my case.

I have stayed in many hotels in gomti nagar area but this is definitely the best amongst them. Rooms are very well spacious and bathrooms have special glass partitions which gives you the feel of a five star hotel. Food is also delicious.

Very nice staff in this hotel. Rooms are spacious with very big beds and very clean bedsheets just like new. Bathrooms are very hygienic with all important amenities. Food is very tasty and at very reasonable price.

Its a brilliant service hotel located in a very good area of lucknow. Good for families , couples and business travellers. I will also say that its very safe for solo women travelers too. Staff is very professional and educated in there work.
