Recently stayed at Hotel Lemon Tree Lucknow with the family, had an exhilarating experience, witnessed wonderful hospitality, staff is friendly and helpful yet professional as well. Right from arrival to departure it felt like home, very hygienic conditions all throughout, sumptuous food and the restaurant staff are very welcoming. I stayed here last week during the peak of winters. The rooms were very very cold, I called the reception and they said they do not have heating, but "they keep their air-conditioning on in the dry mode", please don't ask me what that means !!
The next morning, when a staff at breakfast asked me about my stay, I told him about the chill and he said he will have a temporary room heater sent to my room. I am rather surprised why I was not offered this when I called the reception the night before.
The rooms were adequate, but pillows too too thick. There is one restaurant that shares the space for dinner and breakfast. The food quality is just about average. Don't expect much.
The location is just 2 minutes from the airport; and also close to the Lucknow-Agra Expressway. If this location is suitable for your travel I would suggest this location not otherwise. There is nothing nearby to step out or eat.
For winters, remember there is no heating in the hotel.

All I recommend that you never ever go or stay at a lemon tree hotel. Because they are not good at all. And in the name of stay at lemon tree they trapped you there. In the name of Room services and amenities everything is chargeable here like sleepers, dental kit etc. AC is not working properly in fact after calling so many times they don't change room they just send a man with a ladder and you know what he is going to check, confirm and find out the issue of why AC is not working. After declining to do that he was saying ma'am bas 2 minutes me sahi ho jayega aur kuch bhi sahi nahi hua. I literally felt like I was trapped there. 😔 So don't expect any services and amenities here. The whole night AC is not working we are feeling suffocated and I was totally fainted at a time with suffocation. The room is not spacious but looks good.
Staff behaviour is so rude and not supportive, after so many calls they provide a towel. We wait for so long for the staff and for any other services.
For dinner don't waste your time and money because manager at reception say we close kitchen at 9pm. and the second man say that we close kitchen at 11pm. After so much conversation they agreed to allow swiggy. When my swiggy order came they didn't allow him to enter the hotel, I asked him if any staff would take the order and give it to my room but they refused. Such a horrible time I spent there. Second thing the manager is so arrogant and his behaviour is so rude. The pool timing is morning 7am to 7pm. And make sure they argue with you that time too so be prepared for this.
We are going to relax and enjoy the property but they make us worried and upset. Such a bakwaas hotel at such a nice location and name.
Please always remember firstly customers need good warming supportive staff for support and services. After that customer's second look out is your building, rooms, exterior and interior. The customer is going to be enjoying, staying, peaceful places not to entertain rude and arrogant people And in the name of staff behaviour and supporting and servicing you guys are so bad, rude, attitudeble, arrogant and not supportive at all.

I went with my family to had dinner as my wife is fond of chinees dishes, the food was amazing, the decor and cleanliness of the restaurant was exceed out expectations. The best part is while having my food chef vikash personally came on the table and took feed back of served dish (green thigh curry, chilli chicken and steam rice) which was delightful to us. I fond of food and use to visit several places and found it better amongst.

I stayed for a one night and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is just 1.4Kms from airport and just opposite metro station, so one can just take a metro from airport for a 5min ride.
The rooms are spacious, clean, nice bathroom and excellent food and breakfast options. The hotel offer full board option too. I will definitely stay here when visiting next time.
