We checked in the hotel on 10th Nov for 2 nights. It seemed like the property was not used for a while and had maintainance and cleanliness issues. The rooms were not clean as they should have been also the washroom had issues. These were fixed after we complaint to the hotel staff. The staff were very warm and cordial. The breakfast was very nice and restaurant staff were nice.

However once you're inside it is clean, well maintained and plush. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a good location where all amenities are easily accessible. When we reached the hotel in a congested dusty locality, we were a bit disappointed. But external look can be deceptive. The reception lobby on the first floor was cool and pleasant. Check in was smooth and the room allotted to us came as real surprise. It was big with a king size bed, tea maker, mini fridge, locker and separate shower cubicle in the bathroom. In short, all amenities that one expects in a star hotel. Behavior and service of the staffs were top class. The buffet spread on the roof top restaurant was wholesome. Food was expensive, but the biriani they served was worth the money. Highly recommended.

Initially the hotel doesn’t look like much as it is located on a road of hardware suppliers. However once you’re inside it is clean, well maintained and plush. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a good location where all amenities are easily accessible.

Was bit hesitant to choose this hotel as it was in the middle of a noisy and cheap looking market. However, the hotel is quite nice when you visit the reception on Level 1 and then the rooms also. Rooms are well appointed, clean, spacious, and have basics that a traveler would need. In room dining was available for a very reasonable price. I ordered 'ghar ka tiffin' that had salad, sabzi, rice, daal, and chapatis and it was priced just at 200 and quite good for that quantity, quality, and taste. Service at the reception is good. Hotel is very well maintained. If you are a budget traveler and wish to visit Lucknow and stay close to everything, this is the best choice. I would have paid double for such a hotel at any other city.

From outside, the hotel doesn't look much and is located on a busy road. Nearby establishments are basically commercial shops. But when you get up on the first floor reception, it is a different story altogether. Well appointed rooms ( standard size) , clean and modern toilets, carpeted lobby, etc. immediately catches your attention. It seemed to us that for a budget hotel, it was topgrade. Room service was good, the staff quite friendly. The location allowed us to easily move around different parts of the city, hiring auto rickshaws or Uber. The Hazratgunj metro station is about 15 minutes walk down the road. There is a cafeteria on the roof top which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. But when visiting a place like lucknow, you must be eating out. Overall experience of our stay is very good and we recommend it to fellow travellers who would like to visit Lucknow without spending a lot.…
