Hotel is very good, location, interior, rooms. Best part is it’s location. It is situated at heart of city. It was my first stay in levana but staff is very cooperative. Hospitality was excellent. Rooms are being operated from a tablet which expels the technology is being mixed with luxury. Overall it was a luxury n marvellous experience to stay a night in Levana. It is nice place to friends get together there is place elev8 is very nice for any party ..... we really very enjoyed with friend beautiful interiors. Staff was really very supportive and well behaved...food was awesome mouth watering snacks.......

This is the fourth time I stayed at Levana suites Lucknow. This time it was a special cause. My entire family was in Lucknow for a family event. The hotel staff went out of the way to make my guests comfortable. My aged parents were given special consideration. All my guests were personally looked after.
Satyendra, the manager front office, was meticulous. I had spoken to him a few days in advance. He ensured the small little things that we needed were provided. The manager of their restaurant is a wonderful guy. He took extra care of our needs during a small function which we conducted there in a closed room.

This is hands down, one of the best properties in Lucknow. I had booked the Club Superior room and it was very comfortable. The interiors were very well done. Not just of the room but the entire hotel itself. Location wise, this is a very suitable hotel for tourists cause most of the tourist attractions are close by.

Hotel and suites are really beautiful. The interior and modern things in hotel are like cherry on cake but the management of hotel is hell poor may be because they didn’t allot more staff yet. All are messed up in themselves. Food is not that much of delicious. And prices are bit high as per the hotel standard and services. One restro there is not operated yet and roof cafe take too long to bring order ( 45 mins to serve you ). cafe’s sitting area was really dirty even they don’t clean floor mat properly. And yea put lock on your washroom door atleast for privacy concern.
This is the humble request to the manager there please invest something on your team to teach them some hospitality skills and managing things. Because your property is really beautiful use that thing wisely.

The hotel looked excellent and wonderful and as I entered Mr. Satyendra was the first person to attend ne and I was glad to be assisted by him. He was excellent in the handling of the guests. I just loved the hotel and the people out there who treated me well and looked after my comfort during my stay.

I stayed only for a night, but I liked their rooms that are not just very contemporary in taste but are designed in a way that meets the requirements of a modern traveler. There is lots of space to park the luggage and other stuff. Room was clean and well maintained. An iPad controlled light, AC and TV helped.

we visited Levana Suites Elevate restaurant for a birthday party, Apart from the breathtaking ambience of open air dining & mouth watering food, the entire experience was made extremely joyous by the very prompt and skillful service by team. A luxury experience with great service and food quality at really budget pricing.
