I have celebrated party on 15 feb in Columbia 1. It was decorated with a beautiful stuff like flowers,decorated material everything was beautiful. I love to celebrate there. Food was awesome, chef and his staffs were very good at there work. I will surely visit it again.

With well trained front desk guided by Mr. Ashish and Ms. Priya, you feel at home from check in to check out. Fake promises, initially they said the rooms and banquets are available for a particular date, we went with the booking amount and finalizing the menu, they asked us to come next day as chef will be available for finalizing the menu, but guess what next day Mr. Anand (FnB Manager) calls up early in the morning to say sorry the venue is already booked for which we were about to finalize the menu. I have never been to a hotel worst than this. I am here on a on job training purpose with 10 of my colleagues. I won't recommend this hotel to any solo female travellers. The stuffs are irrational. They kept buzzing my door bell at 11 in the night by room service and even 5 in the morning for some unknown reason. They call your room also without any reason. Totally disturbed my sleep.

It’s a messed up state of affairs. Not clean, property is good , located fine but need immediate action in terms of upkeep of the property. Bad bed sheets , staff is absolutely shabby, looks like road side labour at times. I’m groomed staff, you don’t feel like eating the food if you see them closely. Well I am very upset with the hotel services and ambience. Food quality was good but room service was extremely bad. I had to call so many times to clean the room. Honestly they have a shortage of stuff. When I checked in, complimentary water was not there as well as they didn’t offer it everyday. I had to buy water from the hotel restaurant with extra charges. I was allotted Room No.: 368 and the entire washroom was filled up by water. The water was leaking from the commode. I have called room services so many times to fix it but only 2 times it was fixed. Rest, I had to adjust with it. Restaurant menu card was not there in the room, I had to ask many times and after that it was given to me on the 2nd day. The cost of the food is very high including water bottles. Location is not good for those who want to go for vacation via train. It is 9km away from the Lucknow railway station. Not recommended for middle class families.

Terrible Hotel. Everything stinks. The lift, the corridors, the room. I arrived at 1am. The city temperature was 6 degrees. I had travelled 7 hours from Dubai & requested the checkin clerk to ensure hotwater for a shower. His answer was whether I nee hot water from room service. Absolutely freezing water in the bath. No systems in place. The housekeeping man knocks at 8am and asks if my room needs servicing. Since I was up I told him he can come in. He knocks again at 11am.and asks the same question. He expected a tip to have cleaned the bathroom. There are no systems & processes in this hotel. It is run on the staffs whims and fancies. Please avoid this hotel completely.

I am staying in this hotel since long time you can say approx. 2 years. More or less every week i visit lucknow and always stay in this hotel. Once you will enter the hotel you will feel very relax and in room which is quiet big in size give homely feelbess. That's why i stay in this hotel with my family also and they also like hotel. Frontline staff or you you can satff who is at reception welcomes in very polute manner. Foid is nice and room is also very comfortable. There is goid space of car parking.
