It was a amazing experience with hilton garden in Lucknow all the staff is really helpful and caring specially shalini and karamveer they both are really tacking care of me and my friend till morning to evening they make us fell comfortable
Made a booking through MMT. Smooth check-in and check-out. Friendly staff, but the guards at the entrance look like bouncers. Their Membership App does not work. But no matter. The rooms are typically what one finds these days, Nothing spacious - just functional . Amazing breakfast - serving Nihari and Kulcha!! Reasonable tariffs. Prompt and efficient house-keeping. WIR? Probably yes. But the bouncers at the entrance are intimidating.
Delighted to excellent service by Mr.Mohit. I went to restaurant for complimentary breakfast at the last hour almost closed but he had accommodated and ensured to serve the menu I asked for. Thanks Mohit for your good service and delightful experience.
I visited the fine dine with some of my well travelled friends. To conclude, this is the recently best experience of dining which includes Taste personally enhanced by Chef Prahalad Singh Bisht & welcome by KaramVeer. This is my third visit in last two months & all the experience is beyond words.
The breakfast spread was amazing at the hotel and so was the service. The staff was courteous and friendly, specially the sweet girl “Ashwini” who served us. The location of the hotel is amazing, just 500 m away from the best party places in Lucknow.
I just loved my stay. Nice big hotel with good reception area and large lifts. The room size was excellent with good windows, lighting, large bed, good working desk and facilities to iron the clothes. The restaurant had large space, was tastefully done and the food (breakfast) variety was amazing - a new type of idli each day, cheese platter, different types of salads, multiple Indian food options and traiditonally Lucknawi dishes too. The staff was super helpful.
Visit hitlon garden inn Lucknow at 15/06/22 . We had a conference many political people was there .. service and food was excellent . Special thanks to prahald chef . He was very co operative and the food was just asweom . And Ankit Govind lakshay sahil these was very helpful through out the Event . Special thanks to lakshay for serving drinks in the bar . 😊
I am currently staying in the hotel and the cleanliness here is a big question. The carpets are full of dirt, The white furniture is turning black. Washrooms aren’t clean either. Never expected this from a brand like Hilton.
Everything else. Absolutely pathetic staff and service both. I gave a written complaint and Samad (Front Desk) assured me they will send a copy to me. But later refused to give me a copy of the same. Diwakar their duty manager personally refused even though it was signed by me. Issues we faced - 1. Drinking water was provided to our room after 3 calls & 1 hour delay. We had to remain thirsty for so long in this heat. 2. Swimming pool did not have any towels and after 4 calls when towels didn't come I had to go to the reception for towels. 3. No hair dryer in the room. When we requested for this it took them 45 mins and again 3 calls. My wife couldn't use the hair dryer as we didn't have the time any more. 4. Tea bags were provided after 4 calls and it took them more than 40 mins 5. The sun lounger at Swimming pool did not have umbrellas in the heat. When i asked them to please place it. Shubham (Housekeeping Manager) told me they will get it put in 5-10 mins. But Sunil (Technical Manager) told me the motor is spoilt and it has been sent to Delhi for repair a few days back. To my utter shock Diwakar (Duty Manager) later told me they do not have any such umbrella as they are a BUDGET HOTEL. Which one of them was lying to my face I do not know. 6. I had to bring my luggage down myself. 7. Diwakar (Duty Manager) is totally unfit for his role in any hospitality organization. Because of his bad behaviour, pathetic attitude and and insensitiveness along with all the other experiences I will never stay in Hilton Lucknow and if Hilton doesn't take action against such bad service and customer experience then I will not stay at any Hilton property. Very sad with my experience. Please stay anywhere else in Lucknow but do not stay at Hilton.…
So i could not write the review again bcz i just visited the property a few days back as i wrote a reveiw back then..... so i had to wait fr 90 days to write my 2nd review I visited this property on 28th of April 2022 which was my bday.... each and every staff that i met was so curtious and always ready to help with a smile. As it was my bday they arranged everythng that was possible to make me feel special. From the decortions with baloons and towel art and a delicious mouth smaking cake... i loved it guys thanks for hospitality. I would specially mention few names who actualllly deserve a appriciation and special thanks from bottom of my Heart SAMAD, GAURAV, VISHNU from the reception SUMANYUU , KARANVIR From the restaurant VANSHIKA thanks for the delicious chocolate cake And RASHID from Rooom service for the extra Muffins and Coffee You guys went extra and made me feel very hospitality.…
