My stay in the hotel was especially memorable because of the friendly staff: from Joyjit heading it all as MD, to Akash, Arnab(F&B), Suyash (Reception) and Raushan. All of them always checked on my to see that I am comfortable, if I wanted to have my food customised and always ready to help me out with logistics and other needs as I was checking out. Also, the hotel is kept very hygienic and safe, and follows COVID-19 protocols such as sanitizing the room everyday, social distancing and masks for all guests and employees and temperature monitors. Highly recommended for a place that is both value for money and also makes your stay very personal.

Since we had never visited the Hilton in Lucknow, this year for our family outing we booked two rooms for the weekend here. The hotel was kind enough to offer us interconnecting rooms, which was actually the highlight of our stay. The hotel has very spacious and well organized rooms (worth one visit), with all possible amenities one would require during covid times. Each room had sanatizer bottles, three ply masks and wipes placed in a sealed brown paper bag. Facility of interconnecting rooms made it feel like we were at home. The staff here is very courteous and warm but a tad bit slow in service. Food is worth trying , however in room dining service and presentation is lousy. Breakfast was a little unplanned as though fnb forgot to account for number of guests in house. I would still give the hotel the benefit of doubt and rate my stay a very warm and comfortable one cause my parents had a great time here. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn.

It was an ultimate experience going to Hilton Garden as mostly places emohasize on their main course and not on sweets but they have given equal importance to sweets too and I will recommend all the lucknowites to travel to the place and add some sweetness in your life. Even diabetic person can have it .These all sweets are prepared by professionals and even these all are chemical free. I am going to upload some tempting pictures of food which will give you an idea.

Was in lucknow for a wedding, stayed at the hotel for 3 days. Being a fitness buff, their spread on the continental menu caught my eye. As suggested by their conti chef (Ms. Nalini Gaur) tried their "Free Range Chicken Breasts", and it was to die for !!!! Kudos on making healthy food taste this good. Also try out their Galauti and Chapli Kebab while you're at it, you won't regret it.
Full marks on the hopitality and housekeeping staff, warm,friendly & don't mind going the extra mile to make you feel pampered.
Also, the gym is well equipped, so you wouldn't miss working your fav. Muscles out sance wasting your time looking for a decent gym.

Stayed at Hilton Lucknow with friends. The experience was simply overwhelming. From the amazing ambiance to the excellent food, everything is beyond expectations.Another highlight was the service and warmth of the staff. This is an aspect where no Hilton hotel can go wrong. Also, safety and hygiene are extremely important during these covid days and Hilton certainly scores full marks for that. Every step you'll find cleanliness, hand sanitizers at every corner and staff maintained social distancing while wearing maks and gloves. Overall it was as perfect as one can expect!
Mr.Akash and his team took care our needs during our breakfast ,Additionally I wants thanxx to Chef who prepared Delicious Dosa for us.

When I came to hotel I see the hotel mainting proper hygiene and social distancing. When I visted to restaurant they care about us they doing very well they measuring temperatures and give santiser for sanstising for hand. Hello everyone! Regarding our recent visit to Hilton Garden Inn, here are a few words about the totally awesome event and the hotel! Situated in the heart of Lucknow, in Gomti Nagar, Hilton Garden Inn - a 4 star luxury hotel, is a delight to behold! Our visit there was one of a kind and we'll surely remember it for a damn long time. The hotel is extremely beautiful, with gardens all around it too! The interior is splendid with chandeliers hanging down from the ceiling, making it look even more beautiful! The hotel staff is extremely polite and hospitable as they greeted us very kindly and even accompanied us to the dining room, and talked to us in an amiable manner. The hotel was extremely hygienic as well and was a beauty indeed! In the Sham-e-Awadh event, Chef Shahnawaz Qureshi presented elegant and tempting delicacies and used his own brand of spices, H&S Spices, promoting Vocal for Local, a movement to encourage the promotion of local businessmen and brands ! The dishes were truly scrumptious and flavourful and the spices did their magic perfectly! Every item in the event was delicious to the very core and it felt like we had never tasted anything so good!
A spectacular place, with its amazing events , breathtaking beauty and the delightful food available in its restaurant and the hotel itself, Hilton Garden Inn is a must visit for people who wish for an elegant and classy dinner, as well as snacks that leave us drooling!

The hotel and the location is very nice, it is in prime location of Lucknow. The hotel staff looks very good proply groomed. Services given by them is on time whether it is food service or room service .Room cleaning was always done on time and they have also done towel art which was done by the houskeepers Vivek and Anjali. They really made things special. Nothing was misplaced and they laundered the clothes very neatly.

So, I've visited Hilton Garden today for Meetha Safarnama. The place is really very pretty with eye-catching ambiance. They have a big swimming pool and it was amazing. I had many desserts like milk sandesh, Madhumati, Kaju gulab, Mawa ladoo, Khajur ki barfi, Milk roll, Chandra mukhi, Pista paan, Balu shahi, Chamcham, Kala kand, Kusm kali, Motichoor ladoo, Gulkand ki barfi and some more. I loved all the sweets but my favorites were kaju gulab, Gulkand ki barfi and Khajur ki barfi. They were just fabulous.
Also, the presentation of dish was also really appreciable.
The speciality about these sweets was that they were sugar free and could be eaten by diabetic people also. All the ingredients that they used were very fresh and no synthetic colors were used in it. Chef told us everything about his dishes and it was really a nice experience at Hilton Garden.
