The restaurant is the best part of the stay. The rooftop pool is also good. The room service is not so good. Special mention for the restaurant staff who was very hospitable: Nadeem, Minshu and Sammi. The receptionist Raman was also very kind and helpful.

Visited on a business trip, the stay was excellent and hospitality was great. Located at a major centre, hotel restaurant serves great food, and the staff was very professional. Ms Moumita at the front desk deserves a special mention,the room service crew were also very courteous, spontaneous. Would be staying only here for all my subsequent visits.

If you're staying in Lucknow for as long as I did, there's nothing better than Fortune Park. The staff at Housekeeping, at the restaurant, at the reception are so helpful but more importantly, extremely sweet. The food is good and of great variety too. You wouldn't think you'd develop a bond at a hotel but I did. And it was the most lovely welcome I have ever received ♡♡

Really good hotel....I came in early and they offered me a early check in too with no additional charges..the breakfast served was really good and had a huge variety. Moumita took the feedback and made sure the stay was comfortable ..would surely visit again

Thanks a lot to Chef Bharat for providing fine dining experience. Ready to think out of box and provide some out of menu mouth watering dishes. Very courteous and efficient staff like Tejaswi and Sunny. Sunny needs special mention being very polite, understanding and also being highly professional. Wish him best for his career. Staff was very good (Sunny, Tejaswani,Diksha).They were excellent in their work.. their service was tremendous.....but when I'm talking about property or room it is not upto the mark...they just charging Only for location..the cattle is broken..the things of room was looking very old..
