Staff is friendly but lethargic. Hotel rooms are clean Food quality was average. Centrally located Parking space is ok however vehicles are parked as some distance away from the hotel. Owing to the marriage season the hotel and its surroundings were extremely noisy

I travel a lot, and this time it was a ring ceremony of my cousin at this hotel in LKO. People say that it's best in Lucknow, but I don't find it best, if its best then 5 rating of it meets 2 of Delhi, Mumbai. Rooms are good but service is bad, naam bade aur Darshan chote, which good hotel in India gives room check in at 2pm where checkout is 12 noon.

This hotel is at great location amid new lucknow. Good hospitality shown by each department from restaurant staff to housekeeping. All will take very good care of you. Lavish breakfast and dinner buffet with wide variety of dishes. Very well equipped gym and maintained swimming pool. The only problem is car parking which is outside the hotel premises but the security staff take care of that too. Over all the stay was good.

Except for ineptitude of receptionists at arrival, I have no complaints. Also gym timings should be for longer duration. It closes at 10am and then opens at 5pm. Same for swimming pool. Rooms and banquets are reasonably functional and ok except that room glass was full of water marks. Decor was average but had feather pillow.

Very bad experience.Not at all customer friendly.We had asked and was told for 2+1 offer at the time of entry and at the time of billing we were told that offer is not valid on these brands.We approached the management for wrong commitment but they said that the staff must have told you the brand before. Personally, I will not recommend this place to any body.They are cheaters. Screenshot of calls made to Savvy Grand staff to know the current offers before reaching the hotel.Our intention was early that we will go to place which have offers and the same we have asked before check in.

Plush Interiors, extremely friendly, good food, smiling and willing to help staff makes the place a perfect place to stay in Lucknow. Located in one of the posh areas of Lucknow, it tends to meet majority of needs of a business traveller. Stayed in a suite room last week, everything was good, washroom was almost perfect, well stocked with everything one may need. Also has a small GYM for fitness freaks.. Things are just fine as is but can become even better. If electrical socket(s) is provided in the living room of the Suite room, that would make working on laptop possible because once battery died, I had to stop the work and charge the battery in bedroom. Also, the intercom is not reachable from living room, I had to get up and go to bed room to attend to intercom. Room service was an issue because it was delayed, may be because of wedding or something.. food though was very good and recommended. Also didn't see path for disabled access and only saw stairs to the reception so this is an area for improvement, unless there is a separate path. Also, was told that food is available till 3-4AM in the night, which could be an attraction for some..…

It is a good hotel at prime location, though tricky to access. Choice of materials used in the interiors is rather jazzy. Soon as you enter, pattern of marble in the reception area hits you. Rooms are well appointed and of good size. Particular room I was staying in, had laundry above it. As such, during day time there was disturbing motor noise. Thankfully, it stopped after 8 pm. Bed was comfortable but the mattress was bit worn out having little slope. Bathroom was well appointed and clean. Towels were fresh and clean. WiFi was working and reasonably fast. Food was good and choice for breakfast was reasonable. Staff was cooperative and efficient to attend your needs. There were two annoying features: 1. In the wardrobe there were no hangers.There is sliding hang rod where you can hang trousers but can not hang shirts and jackets. 2. Bathroom light had movement detecting switch. As you enter one light used to get switched on. But soon it will shut off and again if you move your hand it use to get on. So it was play of light switching on and off. Quite annoying. Also, the light around mirror did not threw light on face. Not so easy to shave in a situation where one light is getting on and off frequently and other not providing light where you need.…
