Was working in Lucknow and my client had booked me into a hotel just down the street that, it transpired, was only allowed to accept Indian nationals. G3 was recommended to me and I checked in for the week. Cost effective, clean and tidy, with possibly the warmest welcome I have ever had in a hotel. Every night on my return from my conference my key was read and I was welcomed like an old friend. Owner took me on a walking tour around his neighbourhood and to his own house to meet his family... Veg food was very, very good. Really couldn’t have asked for more! Felt like I was one of the family...

Perfect place to hangout with friends,family or as a couple. Good food with a great ambience. They serve delicious varieties of food at a reasonable rate. Different types of drinks also available. Even the songs they play are really good. The atmosphere here is really nice. Great service. Food served is very tasty. The staff and manager is efficient in their work. Parking area available.

I found this nice hotel during recent family visit for a wedding. This hotel gives all essential comfort and amenities including location, spacious rooms, bathroom, prompt service, safety n security, parking space, connectivity to town, etc. We booked this hotel since our regular hotel wasn't available for one of the nights out of four days stay, but hotel hospitality made us cancel other booking and extended stay for entire period. We occupied 4 rooms, esp room#319 was quite spacious. Must try this budget n decent option. I will surely come again.

Hotel food is not that great, only vegetarian foods available and rooms are decent. Seems to be its bit old hotel. Need to concentrate more on hygiene, even though room and bathroom was clean. Service is very good and they got some non vegetarian dishes from outside restaurants. It was a pleasant stay.

We were in Lucknow last year to attend a wedding. We chose to stay here on the recommendation of the auto rikshaw wala at the railway station and he dropped us here. The place was pretty much like any basic hotel. The staff were courteous and our room was clean. We didn't try the food here, so, can't give a judgement on that. Overall, it was a fine stay that was economical too.

The hotel has clean and quite spacious rooms. The staff is supportive, friendly and courteous. We travelled on a business trip, our return train was in the night and we had checked out in the morning as we wanted to visit nearby places, we asked them if we could keep the luggage at the hotel and they happily obliged and kept it secure till we returned in the evening. The railway station and the bus station is closeby ( about 2km). The room service was also prompt and was also offered free breakfast.

I booked this hotel because of its location. The hotel is not very far away from Charbagh railway station. The property was nice. The room was clean although not spacious. The services provided there was OK. I didn't taste food there so i can't comment on the food. Overall my stay was comfortable.

I stayed at this property when I had my exams in Lucknow. I checked in late in night. Staff was very helpful through out. It was good luxury hotel for economical prices. I loved the location. Recommend this to everyone who wants to stay in the downtown area of the city.
