The hotel should be shut down. Rooms are dark, stink of dust or smoke. The hotel staff look like street locals. The hotel feels insecure due to the local crowd customers and local villagers staff. Please do not book this hotel unless if you are a Indian local villager. There is no heating in the rooms. Some bathrooms have no water. Rooms are old and dusty. Some rooms stink of strong ciggerate. Electric sockets broken or falling off. Black dirty towels. Dirty bedding including dirty bed linen and pillows, pillow cases. Do not book this hotel. Do not recommend this nonsense to anyone.
Really delighted to spend a day here. Its close proximity to charbagh station is a boon. Room was clean and toilet was dry and hygienic. I would surely visit this hotel again whenever i come back to Lucknow. Food prices are a bit on higher side but then you can easily use zomato or swiggy. One cannot expect anything else at this price point. I had booked the room from Goibibo and got almost 70% discount from actual price mentioned at hotel reception.
I visited this hotel in July while on business trip. We opted for Executive double occupancy room. Hotel is just 10 minutes walk from Charbagh Metro station (850 meters). Staff is average. Rooms are good. Well hygiene maintained in rooms & washrooms. They don't have sitting restaurant, one need to order breakfast, lunch which we will be eventually delivered in your room. It has got one lift. Overall 3 star from my side for stay in Lucknow.
Don’t go for PS International Hotel, Lucknow. I had a real poor experience while I stayed at this Hotel on 15th and 16th February 2018. This hotel is damaging the reputation of Lucknow and people of Lucknow. This hotel failed to fulfil any of its commitments. Hostile staff, poor service, low quality food, room having no ventilation, leaking taps, electric sockets having no current, room locks not working, no pick up and drop facility provided. The list is endless. While booking the room, we were assured of complementary breakfast. It is written on their menu as well. But while checking out they charged for breakfast, on the pretext that complimentary breakfast is for online bookings only. One Mr. Amit of hotel staff even tried to get physical while we were trying to discuss the matter. One gentlemen, stated to be owner of hotel was also present there but he was also not ready to sort the things. This hotel is apparently indulging in some sort of theft of GST. They charged GST twice from us, firstly for food bill and then GST was laid in main bill on food items as well. Mandatory GST number is not printed on food bill. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. Cheap hotel. Food decent. Hygiene okay okay. Cleanliness okay okay. Staff co-operative. Linen and towel not very clean. Quilt cover dirty but they are responsive to change the same on complaining and even admitted that it is not changed daily but only once in 3-4 days.
Nice budget hotel near lucknow railway station. Rooms are clean as per budget. Check inn smooth. Staff cooperative. Food OK. Breakfast limited menu. Only thing is check out issue they are stringent as I checked inn at 9 pm and checked out at 2 pm. For 2 hours receiption asked Rs 700 extra but room charge with breakfast was 1000.
Nice Budget hotel with good service and good food quality. This hotel is very close to Lucknow charbagh station approx. 1 km. It's in walking distance. If you want to go out they can assist you to plan your outing visit
Pro's - close to manic train station; 20 mins walk or 20mins tuk tuk in traffic. Staff initially polite, helpful bell boy Con's - tried to charge us for two nights. Only stayed for 8 hours. Also charged us for taxes despite it being included as seen in photo. Luxury room is apparently the cheapest room they have. It was shoddy. Dirty linen, air con not working, tv remote batteries dead and had to replace them myself. Tiny sachets of shampoo, like the one's given as samples in magazines for two people. Cleanliness of room was non-existent, most notably hair in the sink drain. Lots's of noise as construction nearby late into the night. Hotel is called S P International and not P S International
