I had stayed at the hotel after my mother’s cataract operation in Lucknow. The hotel and hospitality is truly great but what tops it all is the service and warmth by the entire staff working at Kava restaurant! Special shout-out to Talib and Sanjeev for their amazing service, compassion and ever-smiling ready to help attitude!
