Hotel Taj heights in agra and this is a boutique hotel very nice neat and clean rooms. Specious rooms and restaurant was open 24/7 rooms services available free of cost. Staff very helpful and cooperatively. And my highly recommended for the all travelers.

would suggest to book the hotel car which we were happy about .We stayed at Taj Heights, Agra as a family of four! We were blown away by the arrival experience, and the attention to detail was another level! Every single bedroom had a luxury and which transports you into a timeless awe, the vibe was almost spiritual. My family and I stayed two nights at Taj Heights, and overall it is a gorgeous property that has an absolutely perfect location.
The reputation of this hotel precedes itself, with many reviews and travel bloggers recommending here. It did not disappoint in terms of the view or the rooms. We had two rooms. They were both totally adequate. The interior decorating is subtle and elegant, and the art on the walls often was architectural drawings of the Taj.
Service was very warm, and there were so many people to help you in case you need anything. Three people did turn down service, and it was the most elaborate turndown service I had ever seen. The hospitality was genuine, and very welcoming.

My overall experience staying in this hotel was very bad.
Room service is the worst. I called roughly 20 times, they answered the call only 4-5 times. I had to come to reception 3 times.
There was no hot water in the hotel bathroom. If you are someone who needs hot water then avoid this hotel. I argued with them on hot water, they gave half bucket hot water which is in yellow colour, checkout the photo. It looks like someone peed in the water. So I bathed with cold water. Yellow hot water vs normal white water.
Bathroom was not clean at all. I had to call the reception to clean the bathroom.
Finally manager behaviour, he asked me to write the feedback in the form and asked not to write about the hot water problem. Who does that ??
Food is decent. It’s not the best but it is decent.
Size of room is decent enough to fit 2-3 people. But the windows in the room doesn’t open, Because of this room smells a-lot and has pungent smell.
Overall my experience is very bad. I would suggest to book a different hotel.

Very decent environment supportive staff. Cool ambience and very awasome culture. Rooms Are very decorative and any one can feel cool essence in the room. Toiletries are also very nice. Bed sheets are very clean ans pellws are comfortable.

I Booked from Make my Trip and Hotel is very good neat and clean rooms. Near from Tajmahal and my stay was okay. We are happy to visited againat this palace. Rooms services is perfect by the restaurant manager and my experience was good and highly recommended to all.

This hotel is just a bad and rediculuous place. if you are looking for some B graded hotel like Hotel Decent of Jab we met, go there else avoid. The balconies and rooms are just smoky and smelly. The images are just fake. Even the moment you enter the hotel, you will realise it’s a small counter and not a reception. Secondly, they can Deny your booking if you book online just to increase the rates on the counter. MR. LALIT can even shout at you And abuse you if you will ask why they are cancelling the booking. They will Simply say that it’s the matter between you and goIbibo as you haven’t paid to the hotel. So get lost. Hotel has lots of local crowd, like usually male crowd gathered at reception or lobbies and other rooms, smoking and drinking. Can be a bad experience for you too. Thankfully, we shifted the hotel after a big fight and rearrangement to another hotel by Goibibo.

My Trip was wonderful and hotel Taj Heights is a boutique hotel in agra.it was near to market and Taj mahal.rooms was very quiet and clean my room number was 103 very beautiful view from the rooms and we ordered food from room no cost for the rooms service. And wonderful stay with Hotel Taj Heights. Thanks to my travel company booked of this hotel.
