Can get better for same price. Very arrogant checkin staff at reception . No customer service, no welcome or smiles. Room just ok . Smelly corridors. Waited 30mins outside the room door 4 someone to come n repair the door which they couldn't open. Food overpriced n worst is it says free breakfast but they actually charge for it . So overall pathetic response n service. Avoid this hotel there's plenty better options.

There are only two downsides of the Hotel, first location is a little bit far away from center and secondly the A/C is working noisy that you may need ear plugs for sleeping. Other than these two points my rate for the Hotel is 90/100

My friend booked a room for my surprise anniversary celebration. Nareah was very helpful throughout the booking. We where welcome from the main door. Kuldeep at front desk taken the quick checkin and room was well berofe ready. It was nice to have the room decoration done before we check in.Checkout also very quick and smooth by Aashina. Hotel was well decorated due to the dewali. Overall the kudos to all... And thanks for making the anniversary celebration memorable.

I am visiting India afterv10 years so made many bookings through make my trip website of 5 star hotels. I don't know how one of the bookings date changed and instead of 18Nov it booked for 18 Oct. I am flying to India on 15th Nov and never noticed the booking email. And when I received email from Ramada plaza for Thank you for you stay and asked me for my reviews. I called 20 times to Hotel Ramada in Agra and 100 times to Make me Trip and talked to Many different customer service people and they every time said we will contact you and change the date, but nothing happened. I was happy to visit India and was talking to my colleagues about my visit, but now I am telling everyone to not book anything from Makemytrip as they are of no help. And especially avoid Ramada Plaza Hotel chain in India as their staff is of zero help and rude…

People coming as family recommend not to choose Ramada Agra, as we had tertible experience - 1. Food - 1/5 2. Room - 2/5 Water in washrooms were salty/ chlorinated. We had to buy water bottles towards washing face & bath!!! Pillow covers werent changed on our checkin to room and on our check had to request the house keeping team!!!

We were checked in quickly when we got to this hotel from Delhi. However when we got to our room, the room was still being cleaned and there was a strong aura in the room. Not sure why they gave us the key when it wasn't ready. We dropped off our hand luggage and went to restaurant for lunch which was decent but not much choice. After lunch, went back to room and although room was now cleaned, the strong unpleasant aura still remained. We were at the hotel just for one night so didn't mention anything to reception. However other members of our party of 11 also mentioned about this smell in their rooms. May be it was some type of cleaning material they were using. The best part of the hotel was a lovely pool and the adjacent bar which had an excellent manager. He gave us discounts on drinks and we enjoyed these before dinner that evening. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use the pool during our stay. Breakfast next morning was adequate but once again not much choice. Checkout was swift. I would give hotel 3.5 stars out of 5. …

The hotel room i stayed in was an absolute delight. From the moment i entered, i was greeted by a pristine and beautifully designed space. The room was spacious, well-lit, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, The attention to detail was evident throughout. The staff was friendly and attentive thanks to mr. amarkant for complimentary cake & excellent service , making my stay truly memorable. Excellent stay at Rsmada Agra. We stayed with family in room number 907. The services are immaculate. The staff right from booking that is Mr Saurabh the restaurant staff Mr Mordhvaj, the front desk staff Ms Himani and Ms Pooja have been extremely courteous, friendly and helping. Owing to their good nature , excellent food and facilities like swimming pool, sauna and steam bath the hotel deserves a five star rating. An excellent property for staying. Highly recommended for anyone coming to agra. The staff goes out of their way to help. Overall a lively and lovely experience.
