I get really very conscious when it comes to make a choice for the good hotels. One of my friend stayed in this hotel before so he suggested me to make my stay in here as it is so good hotel with perfect service
Everything was well maintained, staff behaviour was very polite and they were very punctual for orders and services, bathroom was very neat and clean, provided as texi also in very reasonable price, thank you hotel Ravi place.
Hotel location is good near market and Taj Rooms size is small but rooms neat and clean very good for family on road hotel food quality is good agar koi property chal Rahi hai thoda baahut to problmes aati hai lakin every staff is good
Our group going in this hotel @3rd March. Hotel is good rooms is ok but staff is very good hotel owner . Mr. Manish ji arengment was awesome Dj sound and food is very good we really enjoyed our Tour we very happy with this hotel service

It's an outstanding hotel in Agra, with spacious rooms, great food and not very expensive. Offers Budget class facilities for a 3Star price. Provides all modern amenities. Very courteous and helpful staff. Situated not very far away from the famous Taj Mahal. This is a relatively new property and exudes the freshness in the ambiance. Would definitely recommend this place in Agra, without a doubt.
Very good place stay in Agra near to taj mahal. Very good hotel staff was very helpful it's very near to other places like tdi mall vishal shopping mall and red fort but there is some issue with service but OK it was good stay food was good
Our stay there was largely comfortable, however we did suspect that the air conditioning wasn't 100% up to the task due to an overall feeling of slight dampness in our room. Despite that, the hotel service was fantastic, very attentive, and the room was otherwise comfortable and very clean. To celebrate Diwali, the staff decorated the lobby with colorful sand-art, and even delivered little desserts to the guests in their rooms - all very thoughtful things that added to our experience here.
The hotel deserves negative rating on all parameters. We checked in early morning at around 6:30. the hotel was already aware of the early checkin and the extra payment that we had made for an early check in. Still the rooms were not ready. Rooms had bad odour and the linen was all stained. The dust bin was not cleaned after the previous checkout as it had some garbage inside it lying since days. The rooms don't have a single window or anything like that for any ventilation. After sometime, you mite start feeling claustrophobic. The wardrobe in the room was damp and we could not even think of keeping our shoes inside (forget clothes). I had a small kid with me who kept banging his knee against the bed because i could not keep my luggage in the wardrobe provided. Still there was no assistance provided. The edges of the mattress had so much dirt and big nails that could easily prick and hurt. We requested for a different room but we were told that the AC in other room is not functional. After sometime, we were told that there is no hot water available in the bathroom and its given only on request (The OYO app clearly mentions Geyser available in bathroom). We got water after an hour of requesting for the same, that too half a bucket in each room for two people. The hotel didn't even had any sense to already plan for things despite charging extra for an early check-in. The restaurant in the hotel is another big nightmare. It opens at 10 and shuts early evening. But the biggest problems are the Giant size lizards and ants that mite welcome you at its entrance. Beware of the food you eat here, as we spotted big black ants twice in its food. For hygiene reasons, we gave up eating at this place completely. Connectivity wise, its like 5 kms from Agra Station (OYO misguded here again), while Taj is around 2 kms. We kept on complaining OYO thru-out our stay, but all they did was kept closing our complains without even informing us. The arrogant callers at OYO (especially aakash from there customer service dept) are another major let down.They are highly rude and need to be trained to speak with customer. By the end of our stay, we really felt cheated on this place and it does not even deserve a 500/each nite tariff. The OYO captain showed up during our checkout process and kept arguing with baseless reasons.…
