It was my worst experience in a hotel.. the staff was so rude.. the service was the worst.. We were a group of friends and they asked us to leave in midnight.. the staff talked so badly to us.. and some of the guests also behaved badly.. Overall a really bad experience.. the rooms aren't sound proof which makes the stay so uncomfortable.. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.. Never book this hotel..
After the last 3 nights of cold showers at another hotel I was looking forward to hopefully a nice hot shower at this hotel. It was not to be! Water was cold on arrival but tepid the next morning. The best part of my stay was the doorman - he was friendly and obliged with posing for photos. Several members of our group had to change rooms because of smell. Mine was ok in that dept but there was a ‘diffuser’ operating in the room. Bed was comfortable but had the light of the tv all night as I couldn’t turn it off (I wasn’t the only one who complained about this). There was nowhere to put anything in the bathroom, no benchtop or shelving. Shower was beside the toilet and there was no screen so everything got wet. Location is good for the Taj Mahal and there’s a nice restaurant directly across the road. Breakfast was served in the revolving restaurant- and it was good to see crepes being served!…
I stayed here with part of a tour. The staff (especially the doorman!) was friendly and the hotel was close to the Taj Mahal, but that’s all. The room was not clean, the bathroom was gross. The shades were nasty (didn’t even want to touch them to look out the window) and there was a rusty space heater in the room, luckily I didn’t need to use it. The area is also loud at night. Some of the rooms allow smoking and so the hallways smell of smoke. The bar downstairs is like a fishbowl of smoke. The rotating dining room upstairs was nice and breakfast was good, with a coffee machine. That was the nicest part of the hotel. I wouldn’t choose to stay here and was literally only in the room to sleep (thankfully).
I came here as part of an Intrepid tour group. The staff were polite & I had a large room which was nice & comfortable. I didn’t eat here but did have a drink in the bar by reception which was nice. I didn’t really take note of the area the hotel was in as we were either out touring or for an evening meal for most of the day & left at 8am the next morning. Didn’t experience enough of the hotel to give it more than a 3 but didn’t have any complaints
Our room was spacious and clean. The shower was a bit small which was fine for us but if you have difficulty with mobility this could be a problem. The included breakfast was typical for a mid-range hotel. A variety of indian dishes as well as toast and hardboiled eggs.
Awesome place to visit with family. Friendly staff with tasty food.rooms were big and well decorated. It is located near the taj mahal.it has all the facilities makes your stay comfortable at the hotel.overall an excellent place.
I visited Hotel Pushp Villa to attend an official meeting there. The meeting room was enough for 15 people. The food served during the meeting was tasty. The service was little slow and need to be improved.
Sheets and towels were clean but the stain on walls, dirty outlets and general setting of a room is very sad. I wonder why the standard of cleanliness is so low in this hotel. What a shame! The manager must not have any experience what a clean room should look like?! The manager has a standard response to all negative reviews, wondering if someone just copies his response for every bad review. We were with a group otherwise, we would’ve move to the Marriott.
Service in the Hotel was superb. Location of the hotel is very good and you get a very nice view of Taj. Our experience was wonderful. the beauty of taj from a distance was appreciated. The moving restaurant was a nice experience.
I was placed I. This room as part of a Tour ‘Trip-A-Deal’. Upon entering the room I noticed there was newspapers covering the windows. I looked through them and could see why. Not a pleasant look outside. cleaning buckets etc. the worst was yet to come... upon pulling my bed sheet back, the bed had been soiled and simply the cover was pulled over and not changed. My fellow travellers saw it and could t believe it either. I contacted reception who asked me what I would like to do....obviously change it I wasn’t sleeping in it. The pigeons were also nesting in the roof of the bathroom. Sounded like they were being attacked by something. My opinion, I wouldn’t book here myself. Not impressed by the rooms at all. No room safe either.
