Pathetic... Worst Hotel I've ever stayed. And worst front desk. They Don't provide Iron.. ask to send the cloths in laundry and they charge money for ironing cloths. Worst Food with too High cost, my stomach is upsetting. Only show outside voide inside. No Cleaning. Don't book it else your Holiday/Stay will be a tension, No Hot water in washroom their mechanic are trying to fix the problem with boiler since 2 days. They Just provide u soap and shampoo. No Room Sleeper, No Shaving Kit, No drinking water they provide. They filled 2 old bottle with salty water to drink. When asked they said this is RO water. Only 500ml Bisleri given. Better to go with another Low cost hotel they'll provide better services but don't book this Hotel I strongly recommending. When I said that I'll give review online their front desk said GO Ahead and Give we don't bother. Such illiterate Staff they have.…

Poorly maintained rooms, overpriced for no reason, no hot water, unclean bathrooms, electrical outlets don't work, secluded location. Staff is clueless about their job and this is after we were recommended by someone in the staff. Need I say more?

I was surprised with the Hotel rooms, reception area, greenery around 👍 Rooms are spacious & clean, therefore good for a family trip / weekend get away. Location is central so getting Taxi / Auto isn’t a task. I landed with a team of 50-60 people but the way we’re taken care off was great.. Only thing that needs improvement is Food as that I think could have been definitely better.

I stayed for two days in Grand Hotel. Room was good and clean .Food was highly charged and actual food is different from menu . The most pathetic service was in room services I ordered one masala omelette with toast and butter . Initially they have not provided butter but when I asked two times they provided butter chicklet but I was shocked to see that it was expired last month only . We asked for more sache for milk and tea but initially they denied and said we already provided and will give next morning . This is the very first time I was getting this answer. MILK SACHE was only two and we were three adults .after requesting many times , they provided milk sache. We also discussed the expired food product with the hotel but instead of applozing they were not ready to accept their mistake . I don't like the hotel service at all.…

At first look, it seemed pretty alright. Reception - a struggling human barely able to cope. Was offered tea as I waited (a fine gesture), the adjoining restaurant had used cups and glasses on each and every table; asked the service staff to clear one for us - one of them point to a table in the corner which is more or less free from used tableware. We insisted and only then did we manage to have cleared tabletop. Rooms - the ones on the ground floor are bad - tiny and musty and noisy and doesn't make a person feel very safe, forget a good night's sleep. the ones on the higher floor are a notch better. We were particularly unfortunate as far as service and peace are concerned as there was a wedding on the grounds of the hotel...and what a racket there was the whole night through. Will not recommend..…

The Water Supply in Hotel was not upto the mark. Hot water supply was not regular. The water was Salty(Hard Water) and there was no system to soften the same. However food quality was satisfactory. Lift was not provided for the senior citizens staying on the Top Floor.

I visited this hotel in agra with least expectations but to my surprise the hotel is very good with friendly staff. The food is quite good,left the place with good memories. Value for money for this hotel.

average hotel near the railway station. you can walk from the railway station to the hotel ( 10-15 minutes ) or take a tuck tuck for just 15 rupees I stayed there for 6 nights and they gave me just 2 bottled of water. the safety box doesn't work. they use very cheap shampoo and soap. 50 dollars per night for this hotel is too much but this is the best hotel in AGRA CANTT area the location is super. the room is fine. the internet was ok. friendly and nice staff.
