Very nice lokation, nice emplyees, clean rooms and not far from city center. with indian tuktuk you are within 15 minutes to the famus Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort. their are no city buses in the area so you have to take a riksha to the city centre.

I visited Agra and stayed at this hotel last week. I choose the AC room, Manager is quite friendly and helpful.
He discounted the rate for me, and i ended up saving money which i spend on eating Agra savories. Room were clean, service was good, but dont expect 5 star service because you are not paying much.
Best stay for visitors of Taj.

The best thing about this place is the staff, really nice lovely people - honest and thoughtful. i had nice stay at this hotel, i thought that the room was budget, suitable for backpackers only. Resonably clean, good sized rooms, well furnished, ensuite rooms, wifi in the lobby, it was cold when i got there so check the weather but everyone at this hotel is great!! ask for an extra blanket and they will provide it.
The hot water here was very hot and so nice after a long day.
They kept my bag for me securely when i went to the taj and let me hang out in the hotel to wait for my train when i had to go they walked with me and helped me get a taxi
I walked from here to the Taj but maybe better if you take a car to get there if you dont have good sense of direction as its a bit far.
There are some good food places and a bakery nearby, with good priced items and also very friendly people.
Well i would stay again if in town

A group of us stayed at this hotel in three separate rooms. The rooms were all dirty and the sheets were stained. The bathrooms were very dirty with a bath had peeling paint on the inside and a lot of mold. The hotel is close to the Taj, however there is not a lot else around and the streets around the hotel is very dodgy at night and would not be suitable for females who are alone or even in groups. The hotel manager is very friendly and helpful but the hotel needs a lot of work even though it is a budget hotel.

I stayed in this lodge from 30 Sep 14 to 01 Oct 14 with my family members. The rates are reasonable and very nice hospitality. Food was prepared as per our requirements and is appeared to be homely food. Staff are very polite towards visitors. Room service is excellent. They pick up from railway station and arrange vehicle to visit Agra and its surroundings. I am very happy to say that this lodge is advisable for middle class as well as rich people. Thanks for the treatment we received.

it was a fine experience. we went on college trip with 20 students but the hotel grace had managed rooms for us on very short notice at quite affordable cost. manager mr avinash was very friendly and caring and had met much more than our expectations. i suggest you all to choose hotel grace next time if you are looking for a budget class good hotels.

I really think that there are two Hotel Grace in Agra and people put a good mark on the wrong hotel.
Everything is bad what could I say, it's the worst hotel in my entire life. I was with Occidentals and Indians they all said the same thing.
Rooms are really bad and bathroom looks like bathrooms on Indian trains, the wifi is too far to work (I guess it's working for them, at the entrance), they removed the hot water tap in all the room and if you ask hot water they give you a hot water bucket if they don't forget, the "deluxe room" is actually what could be the normal room (but don't expect hot water neither). It's full of mosquitoes and when we said this they didn't come with an anti mosquito plug but with a kind of gas cylinder disinfection and they put this in all the room, I couldn't say if mosquitoes were still here because with the smell of the product we couldn't stay inside our room... everything was wrong in this hotel, and the rooftop is empty, I don't know from where you can see the Taj actually... And we actually havn't tried the food.
Our travel was the best ever and all my friends are saying Agra was the worst, certainly because of the hotel.
If you want to know the landlord just think tourists will always come in Agra to see the Taj Mahal so he will always have people on his hotel, it's why he doesn't need to do better.
