Exceptional service by Ms Pallavi at Clark Siraz Agra. left few documents in the hotel room during checking out. Pallavi was instrumental in retrieving those documents and sending it by courier to my home place on time and safely. Really appreciate her timely response and professionalism. Warm Regards,

We stayed in Jaypee palace from 24 aug to 27 aug 2022. It is ver nice, comfortable and pleasant stay here. Staff is very kind helpfull and polite. I have requested to change tge room as per my choince on second day of our stay as my family wanted ground floor having park access, dispite of heavy rush and pre booking My Pranav helped me and vet arranged my choise of room. I am relly thabkful to him. He is very gentle and and nice fellow. He assisted me in all other query and requirement and always happy to help. Over all it was one of my best stay. Thabks Jaypee staff I woud higly recommend this hotel
One of the earliest 5star properties at Agra, the hotel retains its charm. Spic-span lobby and corridors with shining brass work, not only spacious but with adequate seating, hold a promise of comfort which is not belied by their rooms. Large lawns, lots of greenery and open spaces, a gym, a well stocked bar on the top floor along with a specialty restaurant sighting the Taj, a glamorous shopping arcade - they have it all . You might find traces of wear & tear, but they are busy refurbishing the same. The icing on their cake is hospitality which their staff cherish with a capital H - we experienced it with staff members like Sonu Kumar and Nitesh at the front and Jalaluddin at their all purpose restaurant. Executive Chef Shiv Singh churns out mouth watering stuff as does Sunil Kumar the Southern specialist. More attention is however required towards keeping the cutlery as spic also.…
1. In name of upgrade they gave us smaller room with useless bathtub. When we realised room is not comfy, we asked them to show the originally booked room, recultantly they showed us. That was very big. We changed the room after bit of debate. Unprofessional at its peak. 2. Buffet was not up to the mark. Any 2/3 star buffet would be better in comparison.
Again a happy service done by Clark Shiraz and the best duty done by mr. Ramesh .. duty manager. The food was amazing w. We enjoyed the food very much . The best part of Clark Shiraz is that they have a good service and satisfying area to enjoy your vecations.
The service provided in every sort of way was excellent . I left my bag and they contacted me asap and helped me get my bag delivered in just 2 days . Miss pallavi helped me through out ! Amazing staff !
Room experience was not that great, we were provided a twin room even after booking a large king bed. However, upon asking the hotel staff promptly changed the room. Room amenities was good. Just one suggestion, Hotel should now shift to smart TVs in the room.
