The Retreat is centrally located ( 1.9km from the Taj Mahal ) and so we were able to cover everything in just 2 days. We were greeted well on the first day by the hotel staff and were escorted into our rooms. We had 2 double bed rooms because we were travelling in a family of 3 adults and 2 kids. We had a good sleep and woke up in the morning to a lavish spread of breakfast. In the morning, some of us went to the Ayurvedic centre for a soft and relaxing massage. We had lunch at the resort and gave a few special requests ( non spicy ) and the staff was able to handle it and still give the same taste in the food. All in all we had a really good stay at The Retreat and would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Agra.
I stayed in the property for 2 N with family. the hospitality was amazing from the greeting to the good-bye ! The hotel is situated very near to Taj Mahal and one can even walk through if they loves to walk. the market is also near by and the food was also good. the breakfast has good options who surface the needs to the customer. Yogesh at Front Desk was very calm, approachable & a great professional.the staff in the hotel are very humble and polite. The rooms are spacious and well maintained with all modern amenities. Best place to stay with affordable price option in the town.
An oasis in the chaos that is Agra. It is not exactly near to any of the sights and the Metro construction works nearby do not help. However the hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. Good food in the restaurant and some nice local eateries nearby. Good mid range hotel. Breakfast was not free - it was 350 Rupees per person.
The hotel rooms are spacious and well maintained. The location of the hotel is Ok. Their service is really bad. I stayed for 3 days at the hotel and not a single day my room got cleaned. I even specifically mentioned to have my room cleaned but still they didn't clean it. They mention that they have parking but currently they are having renovation at parking area so it's really troublesome. Didn't used pool but the pool water was not looking clean. I would say that if you are looking for a hotel to stay then go for it but if you are looking for a nice hotel with good service and nice amenities then skip it.
Visiting towards Ayodhya ji from Nahan (H.P.) we stay at the retreat. We booked 7 rooms, about hotel security, Security guards are available all time U need to handover the kar keys to security guards. But it's safe. Manager are polity. Ambience of hotel fabulous. Rooms are ultra modern, well equipped with centralized AC, with aminities like hair dryer, mini fridge, neat and clean washrooms and rooms, hotel have swimming pool that we didn't use as we visit in winters. Great hotel for family and couples with reasonable price. Five star for staff and hotel
The retreat agra was an experience to remember . The hotel was not even fully operational due to the ongoing covid 19 situation but still they did not hesitate to cater to all the needs for the comfort of their guests. It was outstanding to say the least . The trip was an affair to remember.

Does not live up to its name! Tired and on need of an make over. Breakfast was tired and not appealing. Single bed was that single! Staff all hanging around for tips ! If a quick stop over, and that’s what it is, this is the place for you
Room very basic - breakfast was fun - stale cornflakes, lack of fresh milk dirty cups and plates!!! Not a place I would stay again Room Single beds were very narrow - nearly fell out! Ok if you want a quick overnight stay..
Excellent ambience. Taj Mahal east exit is very near. One can even walk and go if he is walk enthusiast. Many places within agra are near by and max Rs 100 in Auto. The food is nice and affordable rates also especially at this level of hotel standards. Staffs are very courtesies and welcoming. Will stay again if i come to Agra again.
