The resort is spacious and good for family and business events. Swimming pool facility was good as the guards were present all time. Otherwise sports services was good too. But the food quality was average and very expensive. Better to order from outside as delivery is available inside at all times.

I stayed here for business and it was terrible. Brown water coming out of the shower and sink in my bathroom. Disgusting!! And the water was cold when it came out clean! The rooms were extremely dated with many things not working. Wireless was non existent! Restuarant was more like what you would expect at a 3 star. I imagine...

The concept is great, the complex is like an oasis in the dirt and misery of the town. The property is beautiful - the architecture, the gardens, the quiet cosy corners with chairs and benches here and there. It must have been a great place to stay back in the day, but nowadays (March 2016) looks like its best times...

This is a beautiful property formerly known as Wyndham resort, which is very badly managed maintained and run. Rooms are spacious but the air conditioning never works. Dated fixtures low water pressure and stale smell in the rooms didn't helped either. WiFi is chargeable and so is the ice bucket. The service is slow, staff is either poorly trained or...

One of my life's worst experience ever. The property is very large and beautiful even the rooms are also decent in size but that is it. All good things ends here. Poor or rather pathetic service, no maintenance at all, no cleanliness very negative approach towards the guest by hotel staff. Total shame to people who are running this hotel....

This is one of the best properties of Agra in terms of infrastructure but worst in terms of service. Their name has changed, its Orient Taj now. Their staff is rude, service is very poor, cleaniness is nowhere. They call themselves a five star but its not even upto a 3 star mark. We had booked this hotel for 2...
