We traveled as a couple and stayed for a night. This is definitely not a 4 or a 5 star property. Rooms are at best 2 stars and very dingy badly requiring upgrade. The towels in the room will give the railways a give a run for money. The food is equally bad with excess salt in most of the...

Right from our arrival the staff were rude, unhelpful and unmotivated. The rooms smelt horrible and looked like a storeroom for excess furniture. Our bed linen and towels were dirty (phoned for clean items however never arrived to the room). Restaurant staff could have been more helpful with accomodating to my friends food requirements and when eaten it was below...

I loved this place, it's huge, really huge. Staff was good, rooms are awesome. Only problem was sewage in room, but I can ignore it seeing other things. Traditional Qila feel. Highly recommended for family . It had a play area too with lots of swings, basket ball, tennis, and swimming pool.

Beautiful architecture with intricate designs. Staff service is good, polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious thou a tad old but everything was working well. No heater in the rooms so it was quite chilly at night. Indian breakfast was delicious. All in all it was a good experience and would love to visit again.

We were really excited to stay here after seeing the pictures on the internet. When we arrived it was still impressive although you can clearly see this hotel has been neglected. We had booked two rooms. In both of them the toilet did not flush properly. We also had problems with the card getting into our room. The bar in...

This is a beautiful hotel that management is running into the ground. At one point this would have been a spectacular hotel but now it is like a ghost town. Everything was broken, the lock to both of our two rooms, both toiletd, the phone in one room. The pool bar was covered in what looked like algae, they had...

Cleanliness is a big issue. Kids activities are limited. Rooms look gloomy. Staff is overburdened. They try to do stuff but I think because of the number of guests they were not able to service properly. Property is nice and well located. But seriously lacks maintenance.

The worst experience I ever had in any property I have stayed, Worst management and the found understaffed though they are courteous. The food is really pathetic. The property no doubt is very beautiful but not at lacking maintenance may be it is waiting for big players like Lalit, Taj,Ritz Carlton,Hyatt,Leela To take over the the property.
